We visited at the Leonardo Club Tiberias Fattal in October 2012 and can say really enjoyed, the service was amazing and above all expectations, there was a huge selection of food without limitation, was a pleasant atmosphere at a lot of tourists from abroad and from Israel, the staff spoiled us in nice upgrades. No doubt we will return to stay at the Leonardo and Fattal network, we wanted to say thank you. shiran and udi sabag from kiryat bialik israel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night with another family. Most of the guests were Israelis apart for one Russian tour group.
We read the reviews and prepared ourselves but were still disappointed with breakfast/ Compared with Israeli buffets at other properties, even at the kibbutz guesthouse, the selection was poor and the bread stale.
I would probably not stay here again unless I couldn't find vacancies elsewhere (as was the case this time).
Rooms were clean but dated, old TV, the rug had known better days.

Room Tip: Higher up and away from the pool raucous

Location was very good. Smack in the middle of town with the promenade and market at the footsteps of the hotel and the main rode through Tiberias. We were traveling as a family and had a rental car. The hotel does not offer parking other than public parking accross the street, which is conveniently located (assuming you can find a spot). Don't forget to pay the meters though. The hotel was extremely croweded with locals vacationing. I think we were the only Americans there. Perhaps because of the crowding the place was filthy. The rooms, the pool deck, the dining room, dishes, glasses. There were plenty of workers but they all seemed unhappy and not interested in working. A shame as the place has potential.

The only positive remarks are the responsiveness of the front desk staff and security officers at the entrance. Otherwise you can grow old waiting for anything.

The all inclusive is true and probably is a good deal but do not be fooled with 24/7 food availability, as it is not. 3 meals and a 4pm snack with 24 hour drinks are what you get. Still a decent value but a late day piece of fruit would have been nice. The food at the buffett was pretty good with great variety. Unfortunaley, it was hard to see past all the grime and the roudiness of the dining hall on the weekend. Things did calm a bit mid week but the dirt remained.

The room was standard and while the sheets were clean and we felt comfortable sleeping the first night I found ants crawling on the bed and walls. I visited the front desk and requested a thorough cleaning of the room. They were responsive and provided a worker, with a vaccuum and a rag. He vaccuumed places, at my request, that I don't think were vaccummed in years. He was also prepared to wipe every surface with a rag. I asked if had any cleaning solutions and his response was water was the best. I guess that's why the shoes stick to the floor in the dining room.

All in all I would not recommend this place unless your looking for value and can overlook filth. People were mostly unfreindly and you were left to your own devices.

Room Tip: No tips, as I would not recommend the place. But if you did stay ask for a room on either end not i...
