My family and I visited the Pagoda restaurant on the 29th of July, we reserved places there after seeing an internet coupon for 10% off. when we called to reserve a place the owner told us they do not accept that coupon even thou it is clearly written for their restaurant. we cancelled our reservation but 10 minutes after we cancelled the owner called us back and said he will accept it.
We went out for dinner, the sushi was terrible but the other dishes were o.k, and the service was kind, it was when we asked for the bill (for 13 people) that we suddenly discovered we were missing 2 drinks which were equivalent to 5% off.
When we told the manager about this he said that he checked the site of the coupon and it said 5% and not 10%, we argued but decided to give up on the 50 shekels.
It was clear that the management was very poor, instead of telling us in advance that he will only take 5% he schemed us and told us only after we've had dinner.
Also instead of trying to claim for misunderstanding and try to reconcile us with the 10%, he claimed he never said he will give us 10% and he does not intend to do so now.
Later I found many bad reviews for this restaurant on line, unfortunately we did not listen to the reviews, I only hope others won't do the same.
