Because of a flight delay from Surabaya, we arrived at the Jayakarta at around midnight and was due to leave for our Mt. Rinjani trek the next morning at 6 a.m.

We requested for the extra bed which they promptly made available. We requested for some beers and that too was despatched to our room very quickly. We requested for breakfast (which was included in our room) at 5.15 a.m. and was told that they would have some food for us by then - they did - perhaps not the full spread but more than adequate.

The room and bathroom was clean and no complaints really. All in all, we stayed no more than 7 hours but wished we had stayed longer.

I stayed in this place during a work visit to Lombok. The hotel is very nice, clean and has all one can wish for (nice swimming pools, good spa, pretty decent breakfast buffet, nice rooms with good beds, big bathrooms and tennis courts). The hotel room is big and in my case had little veranda which was nice. The beach is ok with several small stalls where one can buy souveniers. THe breakfast buffet was nice (good fruit, nice eggs) but the chicken that was offered in the morning (to go along with nasi goreng) tasted a bit weird.
The location of the hotel is pretty good right between the city and the area where many small restaurants for tourist are. The drive to airport is around 20min.

I paid for the room around 320.000 per night, but it might be more expensive for tourist who are not residents of Indonesia.

The spa is nice and they give very good massages in the comfortable environment of your room for around 10 USD per hour.

The Jayakarta is on the beach with lovely gardens,3 pools and comfortable rooms.We really liked the staff who were warm & friendly! This hotel offers the luxury of other more expensive hotels but at a cheaper rate.We would definateley stay there again!
