We chose Oberoi Lombok for our wedding, and this was without doubt the best decision we could ever have made. This truly was our dream come true - a wedding in paradise.

The staff at Oberoi are exceptional. From our first contact with them 6 months beforehand through to the wedding itself, they could not have been more helpful; the level of attention to detail for the wedding was excellent. I would change only one thing about the wedding: I would not have worried about anything beforehand - because the hotel managed everything to perfection!

Oberoi Lombok is in a beautiful location, and the hotel and grounds (especially the pool) are quite stunning. The villas (even the smaller ones) are huge, and well-equipped; we would thoroughly recommend the villas with private, which are especially romantic and private.

This hotel won't suit families with children / teens, or those who need to be entertained; and if you want the nightlife, try Bali instead of Lombok. But we were looking for a romantic setting, and a relaxing holiday, and this hotel was idyllic. We tried the spa (twice) and the Balinese massage was the best massage I have ever had.

So if you are looking for an amazing location, luxurious rooms, excellent food, and superb service from friendly staff, look no further. We cannot wait to go back. (And we were so impressed with the Oberoi ethos, we look forward to trying other hotels in this group).

We did read other reviews on this website before we travelled, and some commented that it was expensive. Our view is that you get what you pay for. We are used to London prices, and once in Oberoi Lombok, we were genuinely suprised at how relatively cheap it was to eat and live at the hotel etc. This holiday was worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing.

We spent three days at the Oberoi Lombok in September and had the most amazing time. The setting is heavenly. The grounds are stunning from the gardens to the beach and pool areas. I thought the food was great and highly recommend pre-paying for breakfast at least, as it is better value. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant prices were not as extortionate as I had expected. Granted, compared to what it costs to eat in a local restaurant or to buy the materials, the prices are marked up significantly, but I have seen worse at hotel restaurants (the Oberoi Bali being one of them). The service was out of this world and the staff attentive, charming and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious with the most fantastic bathrooms and lounging areas. Last but not least, snorkelling off the hotel coast and diving around the Gili Islands is highly recommended. I dived over some of the most beautiful reefs I have ever seen here. Top marks all around.

This place has to be the closest you can get to heaven on earth. A beautiful, understated hotel in the north west of Lombok, set amidst luscious gardens overlooking the turquoise waters of the Bali sea, with the Gilli islands glistening in the distance. Low level pavillions unobtrusively nestle amidst the gardens - these are furnished to the highest standards, with huge, comfortable beds to sink into, amazing sunken baths and a wide terrace perfect for watching the sun go down. Fresh fruit everyday was one of the many complimentary services the hotel provides. And service here really is impeccable. The staff are welcoming, friendly, polite, accomodating and really can't do enough for you. They really did make the holiday. Rudy, the manager, runs a fantastic hotel and Sayu was always on hand to help us by the pool, a big smile adorning his face. Everything about this place is first class - the pool (an infinity pool from which we saw the most amazing sunsets), the food (from the delicious a la carte breakfasts which we overindulged on to outstanding fresh fish for dinner), the service, the staff, the scenery. All of this made it a holiday to remember. We'll definitely be going back one day

a very quiet and beautiful place，我们在这里度了7天假期，非常愉快。the service is excellent, 酒店的服务十分贴心，让人感动至极。the pool is so good，泳池很大很爽水也好干净。price of food is over..就是吃饭的价格实在太夸张，2个人吃一顿饭至少要400人民币的样子。总的来说是非常非常好的度假目的地，会向所有朋友推荐。
