I stayed for a short period on a layover and just wanted to get to my room and relax.
The front desk were slow, their command of English poor, which is not what you would expect from a JW and when I asked them to give me excess to the Executive lounge as I am a gold member they told me it was not included. I persisted with another agent and the same.
I decided not to per-sure it as it had taken so long to check in and I didn't have a long stay.
I was sent an email after my stay to ask how my stay was so I told them and there answer was that next time stayed they would upgrade my room. That would have been OK but I wrote back to say it was unlikely. I'm sure you will was the answer !!!
Having stayed in the JW in Jakarta the week prior with such an amazing level of service I was very disappointed with Medan and probably would not stay there in any event.
