My friend and I stayed there for 2days and 1 night. Quite far because we traveled 45minutes from the port just to get in there and we passed by some of the resorts in Bintan and I guess it was the better one coz the other's smaller than this resort.

The rooms are pretty good and spacious and the sea view from the room really took our breath away especially in the morning where the sun was rising.

The only quite-bad(not really), there is no wifi inside the room so we need to go down to the lobby or to the poolside just to browse net.
The restaurants were spacious but kind of disappointing because when we had breakfast, there were flies around the tables and the chafing dishes, and it was absolutely irritating. (I did took shower anyway before we go for breakfast)
The activities were limited.

The poolside has a good view anyway, near the sea.
The spa was awesome. I fell asleep though.

And the service was good also.

We stayed at the Agro for a weekend of kitesurfing and though the kitesurfing was amazing this hotel is dated and very run down. We booked one of the Blue Ocean Suites which stands on stilts above water. Though it was lovely being on the sea the room was really unpleasant and a huge disappointment (especially for the price we paid). Both the room and the bathroom are large but the decor looks like it's from the 70s, the sheets and towels are ripped and stained (presumably these are also from the 70s) and there is a sense of uncleanliness. The toilet seat broke and when we had a look we saw that it had been broken previously and the staff had "fixed" it by wedging a pencil through it!
In regards to the rest of the resort there are lots of activities on offer – there's beach volleyball, basketball, karaoke, a spa and water sports. There's also a really nice pool – however the the sun loungers are wooden, uncomfortable and are fixed in an upright position. For a group of school children I imagine this resort would be fine, but for anyone else I wouldn't recommend it. The food here is also terrible and unfortunately there aren't any restaurants nearby.
On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful but sadly overall the Agro was a huge disappointment and it is in desperate need of a makeover. We won't be back.

Stayed for 2 night for kitesurfing lessons. Very basic hotel. Room was okay, could be better if the bathroom is cleaner. The staff are very helpful though.
Breakfast was average. Need to add fresh food or improve the menu.

I stayed in ocean suite room n it's in middle of the ocean, it's was so spacious,beautiful wit balcony! Gud for honeymooners as its a quiet place! Their service is gud n they r very helpful! Their sea sports r nice! Beach was ok! Their sun moon restaurant seafood r awesome! However their Asiana bistro should improve on their food! Breakfast not bad. The journey frm ferry terminal to hotel is 1hr 15mins by shuttle they provide! Quite tiring for long journey! They can improve on other activities like pubs, badminton court, wifi etc. overall nice quiet place to stay away frm busy lifestyle! Gud job bintan agro!
