We arrived after an eleven hour flight and then 55 minute bumpy ferry ride. The staff did all they could to make us comfortable until our rooms were ready. Mike, the CDV, was always around, available and super efficient. The circus team (Alex, Lewis) were fantastic with both the children, and the entertainment was awesome. Jeff and Josh from the life guard team were exceptional, after our boy got caught in a riptide. We have had the privilege of having been to four other Club Med resorts in the past 3 years, but this was by far the best experience we have had. The food was great, and the one issue that we had with a rather uncomfortable mattress was resolved in 2 hours. Great holiday and thanks to all the staff at the resort.

We recently spent 5 days at Club Med Bintan over the Christmas holidays and we're still suffering withdrawal symptoms. It's a fab place for the family... with different activities to keep everyone - young and old - busy and active. The GOs are great - and the evening shows they put up each night keep all the GMs happy! And the food... Chef Simon is doing an excellent job to cater to the tastebuds of the many guests. Kudos to CDV Michael and his team for helping us have such a great, memorable holiday. We'll be back!

We were on the coach to Club Med. It was the most packed coach I had ever seen. More than 50 into a coach. One row could seat 5 or 6 pax. Luckily, it was a 10~15 mins trip.

The food provided is average. Many choices for drinks and alcohol. The night show is outdated. Beach is nice but has few activities.

The room is quite old and poor WIFI reception.

We brought our two year old and five year old boys to Club Med Bintan Istand in mid December and spent five nights there. It was very relaxing and fun. Kids loved the beach and the pool. We did not participated in much other activities at the hotel although we know a lot of things were going on everyday. Staff there were very friendly and helpful. They genuinely love what they do which fill the whole place with a happy atmosphere.

Room of the hotel was rather basic but we were given two connected rooms which make it so much easier for two active boys to go to sleep at night. The resturant was obviously trying hard to make sure everyone is well fed. It is such a relief staying at Club Med that we don't have to worry about what to eat next. That's a bg plus.

We will definitely be back. It is well worth a six hour flight!
