The reception/frondesk by the name of Suzy, is very rude. I check in on 8 of September 2014. I booked for joint rooms but unfortunately both room aircon was not cold. I called the reception but in a harsh tone they ask me to change only 1 room. Just imagine, 2 join rooms aircon faulty but they only give us 1 room to change. Not to spoilt our holiday mood, we decided to stay and they gave us A FAN for our next 4 days stay.
The room is super dirty, especially the toilet. The bedroom area full of hairs. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but how budget it is, cleanliness and customer service is very important.
I will not recommend my friends and will not come back again. This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Even other chepeast hotel in batam have the good customer service compared to Lovina Inn. I regret staying in this hotel, but i cant do much as I have already paid upon checking in.
