Very nice grounds and rooms spacious and quiet. Restaurants served very good food. Music in bar area pretty bad pop mix, loud. Great Spa services. Right next to airport. Overall good experience. This is the area to get Luwak coffee and chocolate.

Stayed at the one in Bali, it was fantastic as it was very near the airport (4 mins taxi drive, paid 25,000 rupiah). The service was excellent. Staff were collaborating with hubby to surprise me with hubby's honeymoom arrangement and personalized note. This means the staff are alert and sensitive to needs of guests.

Spent 3d2n here away from the city. Love how the whole area were just villas and no high rise hotels. Big hectares of land with majestic view of the sea. Near Kuta market for a getaway at night. The location, cleanliness and service is definately best buy.

The website for this hotel looks beautiful which is why we chose to stay here for 2 nights but don't be fooled! This hotel was so dirty we left after 3 hours.

When we arrived and checked into our rooms, there were stains on the walls, on the towels, on the bed sheets. The back door which led out on to the beach had not been cleaned for goodness knows how long - you almost couldn't see through the glass and it was very dusty. Also, the door did not shut properly so there were huge gaps above it for mosquitos to get through.

The bathroom was very grotty - the worst part - there were blood stains in our bath!! The floor was very dirty and just needed a wash. We complained when we arrived, and they went to clean the floor and bath.

During this time we went for food in the hotel restaurant - we were sat on an outside area on a cliff overlooking the beach and sea - very beautiful views. However from here, we could see and smell sewage flowing freely from the drains by the chalets into a corner of the sea making it very black and very smelly! The food was expensive and the worst I have ever had - and I'm not normally too fussy about food!

We left after 3 hours, with a 50% refund of our money. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
