Booked a tour with deal.com.sg for a weekend getaway.
Took more than 45min to check into our room & there is strong cigarette smell in the room.Room pretty small, the 2 single bed just fit in almost nicely into the room.
While unpacking halfway, we got a shock of our life. A stranger just walk into our room with his roomkey!! He was shocked himself too! The hotel mixed up and gave him the wrong room! Safety is highly questionable!
People are also allowed to smoke in the hotel lobby lounge (note, it's air-con!)!
Very disappointed with the hotel. A huge difference from the reviews I read previously.
Not the hotel for non-smokers.
