I reserved from the internet several weeks before, and when I called the hotel for re-confirmation they were not promptly answerd, Until several calls, only they confirmed.

When we did a check in the hotel, the receptionist told us that there was no non-smoking room available that we asked for. After we insisted, and then to provided us, the non smoking room.

Although I am Indonesian and come from Jakarta, because of one way trafic in Jalam Cihampelas, to reach the hotel location some times a bit troublesoom. Probably the hotel needs to add some directional signage.

The foods was very good, but when we started having breakfast 6.30 AM the coffee and tea were not ready yet and only few staffs were available for helps. It seem most the staffs. started at 7 AM.
The Rooms Service was very good, only took 15 minutes they delivered our order.

The variety of food during breakfast was great...taste delicious. Had afternoon coffee at the lounge, however, a lot of snacks were already gone and they were run out of stock. As my kids love swimming so I always stay in a Hotel that had a pool. I expected the pool would be bigger. In terms of room, I am satisfied to see that it is nice and clean. The location of the Hotel is a bit crowded.

the room is big enough, the staff are welcoming, the room is clean. And breakfast is good especially the sugar donut my kids love it. My husband like the drink "jamu" is tradisional drink made by herb, u must try it. the pool is to cold for kids in the morning but for all nice to stay there
