It's a franchise so you'll find this restaurant just about anywhere in Bandung – and I believe in other Javanese cities.
Walk in and you'll be greeted by a long long display of fish, seafood, chicken, beef, offal, vegetables, ... You also have spice/non-spicy options, a choice of 3 sambals and a table-full of "ulam" or local salad. All you have to do is pile up a plateful of whatever tickles your fancy and they'll fry it up for you so it's nice and hot when it reaches your table.
You may choose to have rice to complement your meal. (The rice is packed and steamed in banana leaves so it's beautifully fragrant and delicious – yes, plain old boring rice never tasted so good!)
Worth the stop if you're a foodie!
