It's a very nice mall & I would say that this is one of the more upmarket malls in Bandung that houses international brands like Zara, Mango, Marks & Spencer, Body Shop, L'Occitane, Rip Curl etc. Hence, the clientele are mostly tourists, expats & the more affluent locals.
I would think it be a good stop for families with younger kids who want a break from local food & nef a fast food fix - there's lots to choose from. Lots of cafes offering a wide variety of food too. Also, there is a Carrefour in the mall, great for picking up snacks & do check out the local products like the wide varieties of drinks, instant coffees, instant noodles, ice cream (Magnum in particular - they have so many variants!) & tidbits.
Personally, I wouldn't come here to shop per se but it's a great stop for a bite & to stock up on snacks & drinks. Oh, and people watch too! ;)
