the room is clean, they provide your basic needs such as towels, drinking water, water heater, TV, and breakfast for very affordable price. Nice staff and good strategic location, near to Pasteur Gate. recommended !!

I stayed there with my girlfriend this may and we were very satisfied. The only downside is that there was no sink in the bathroom which was really strange and also they have the sign at the front desk that they only allow married couples to stay there. But we had no trouble with that. The staff could have been more helpful and could have known more about the surroundings but we have the internet so it does not really matter :) It is not centrally located but it is near the airport and a lot of restaurants and a mall. Overall a really pleasant stay and like I said excellent value for money and good for backpackers.

the place is nice, even located a little far from main street but overall the place is nice.
the room is comfortable, tidy, not damp, and clean.
the food for breakfast also quite satisfying.
near a place that do laundry.
it is a nice place to spend the night especially with family, because they have a room for many people.

At this hotel for 1 night as i had a late night flight and my review as follows:

1) location: it is not located on the main road, it is situated in the middle of some housing area i think. definitely the location is not handy unless u have a driver. Only good thing is that they provide free airport pick up. For late night arrival, you need to hire their driver for next day tour, if not they do not want to provide free airport pick up. Anyway since their driver rental rate is reasonable, no harm engaging the hotel driver for next day tour.

2) Rooms and check in: check in was fast, room overlooking a fish pond. It is not bad. However i think the condition of the room is quite bad. I had the ground floor room. it is ok in terms of size and for the price however there are few serious issues with the room. Firstly, the curtain is very thin, so we can actually see outside lights, cant really avoid the lights. secondly the pillow and the mattress is of poor quality. Finally the bathroom is not practicable and small. The water heater keep on ticking all night long. Overall, i am not satisfied with the room although we only paid like USD25 for the room with breakfast.

3) Breakfast: Again, very poor. They only provide rice cake (ketupat) with some curry lontong and tea or coffee. It is quite bad i feel. At least they should provide some basic breakfast selection like toast with jam.

4) Wifi: wifi is available for free but the signal is not strong in the room. Signal is ok at lobby area.

Overall, the only good thing about this hotel is they provide free airport pick up. For the price paid, yes it is cheap but it does not correspond with the quality of the room and the bathroom especially.

I stayed 4 nights at orange home shariah bandung. This place should be considered if you plan to save your cost. With only MYR84 per day it serve very nice breakfast. The room is just nice to stay but a lot of improvement has to be done such as water heater, room design looks old design and some of tv channel has to be improved. If you plan to travel with family with more than 3members, I suggest you to take bigger room. The location is not so good as you have to walk more than 300m just to get angkotan.however if you have extra money you just ask hotel to call taxi. Just bear in mind the taxi charges is ten times more than angkotan. The service is quite nice and friendly staff. However, the only thing I dislike is their laundry services. They charge me higher than normal charges.i am totally not happy with it.

Place was clean but service was really bad. Condition of room - clean, mattress - old, pillows - old, my arms feels better to rest on, toilet - clean but would not flush & water keep flowing back in, toilet door not working, tv was placed too high up close to the ceiling - so it was neck pain all the way while watching tv. I had to keep myself occupied since the nights were too cold to sleep on plus they do not have extra blankets to offer, even after you beg them. Location - too far from the town or any attraction - make you spend too much time wasted waiting for cab on call & too much money wasted. Overall, i had a bad experience with the hotel and truly unnecessary stress for me.

Room Tip: Find a hotel that will provide you what you need for your trip. If you are looking to be far away fr...

We arrived in Bandung slightly later than scheduled..typical from Air Asia flight being delays. Upon arriving at the front desk, the receptionist was very impolite. No greeting or even a salam. That is so weird for me since Bandung people is known for their hospitality and some more this is a "Syariah" hotel. We continue the process of checking in. The bell boy was friendly to take our begs to our room. Room was clean & so was the toilet....in a glance. Poop keeps on popping out every few hours. It wasn't ours that's for sure since we have only checked in. Toilet door knob doesn't work. The mattress is super uncomfortable. Its old and springy. The hotel is quite deep inside from the main road and it takes bout 45 minutes for a silver bird (the reliable cab service) to arrive every single time.
We stayed 4D3N there and on our 2nd night it was freezing cold. The blankets were so thin, it was practically like a shower towel. i called reception begging...not asking but begging him to allow me to borrow a blanket. His excuse was he is not allowed into the housekeeping room. So the continues begging him if he could open the other vacant room (plenty of vacant rooms that night) and he said he is not allowed to do so. He ended by telling us ....basically go figure it yourself in bahasa bandung.
On our day of checking out, we spoke to the reception and he was kind enough to be apologizing for the night shift reception.
For transportation, you need to call a cab or have your own Supir.
So hotel clean but far from the city. Staff nice but not all. You can find other cheap hotel with good service elsewhere.Worth every penny...i dont think so. Definitely will not go again.
