I stayed with my family for 2 nights here in family/grand room (on the 6th floor-highest floor). It is a duplex room which has an upper floor which is kind of unique to me because i have never stayed in such room in a hotel. It is not spacious but fits all 4 of us nicely. The room is really comfortable, the AC works fine.The wifi strength in the room is really good. Wifi strength in the corridor is also very good. The bathroom is located on the lower floor near room entrance (just like any typical hotel room). Toilet amenities are complete. The hotel provides 4 towels, 4 toothbrushes, bar soaps and shower gel & lotion bottles etc. There are flat screen TVs on each floor. The room & bathroom size are not spacious but OK. Basic amenities like safebox, slippers and tea & coffee makers are available.
There is no extra power outlet/socket in the room. We had to use a 3-way socket adaptor on the TV power outlet/socket. The room is a bit dim, there is insufficient lighting to illuminate the room. There is no lamp on the ceiling. I hope that the hotel management will provide options for more lighting (on the wall or ceiling) and power sockets/outlets in the room.
The breakfast served exceeds our expectation. The food variety caters to our needs in that it has just enough variety for all 4 of us. The food taste good too. The kitchen staffs were attentive to our needs.
The hotel provides free airport transfer. We arrived in Bandung early in the morning so the hotel driver picked us up just as we landed. The hotel driver ,Pak Dede, is really courteous and helpful. Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception staff serves us welcoming drinks.The hotel lets us keep our luggage at the reception (which is a really good gesture of hospitality), so we could go out for breakfast and shopping before we check-in later that afternoon.
The check-in and check-out is smooth. The wifi is good. The breakfast is good. The room (bed) is comfortable. The location of the hotel is good, close to FOs along the road. There is circle K (opens 24 hours) convenience store just inside the building, adjacent to hotel entrance/lobby for our convenience should we need anything.
