Tegah sari is the cheapest place i have stayed so far & extremely good. Me & my Husband with 2 of our friend was staying here for 2 night. I have to say that the service they provide is really more than the value itself. The location are surrounding by the rice fields. The breakfast is perfect, we miss the food there.

Tegah sari is located near to Monkey forest where you can found a lot of great restaurant & places to buy souvenir. Of cause Tegah sari is provide transport the the city area & you probably can get some advise from the staff if you don't have any idea where to go or eat.

Bebek bengil , Babi ibu oka , Cafe warung just nearby by walking distance.

Highly recommend to all of you & would definitely return to the place again.

It is so fantastic and our paradise on earth.
Service are fab!! You can't get it better.
Rooms are clean and spacious!! Restaurant have the best kitchen i Ubud :D
Small nice swimmingpool, where you can have your lunch.
Our son would like to see football one late night, no problem. The staff came with a tv!!! And a BIG smile :D

We stayed for 3 lovely nights in this hotel, we wanted to book for 11 but unfortunately they were booked out. The room was very spacious, very comfortable bed and large bathroom with a great walk-in rain shower. Only 1 minor issue with the bathroom and that was having to climb into the bath to close the blinds when there were workers in the paddy fields, but not really problem. Breakfast was not included but at 65,000 rupiah (about $AU6) who cares. Different menu choices which was good. Shuttle bus to take you wherever you want in the central Ubud area and pick you up which was brilliant. Fantastic patio which looked over the rice paddy, only improvement here would be more comfortable outdoor furniture but that seems to be the norm in most hotels, we always appreciate our comfy chairs when we return home! A little bit of noise one evening with the new villas still being built but not excessive so didn't really bother us. Would be more than happy to return to Tegal Sari.

This is our fifth stay in 7 years at Tegal Sari, and we love coming back. The rooms are in true balinese style, with beautifully big balcomies overlooking the rice fields. Service is very good and the free shuttle a boon. There's a cafe attached to the hotel, which serves food all day.
