“Luxury redefined....”

We visited Uma this december for my husbands birthday along with our kids. We had the most amazing stay and really enjoyed all the activities the hills have to offer. The hotel is made beautifully and gives you a sense of being together with nature,
The staff at Uma was extremely accommodating and friendly. They strived to make our experience more enjoyable and relaxed.
Our dietary requirements involved vegetarian food, the hotel was very accommodating about our request and the food was delicious as well as extremely healthy and nutritious! We really enjoyed all our meals there.
We would highly recommend this experience and would love to revisit soon!

“Calm and Relaxing Stay.”

My wife and I stayed here last year around september or october and we loved it. I've been in bali numerous times but this stay is my first stay in Ubud.

We stayed at one of the villas that overlook the rice paddy (terrace room) and the view is amazing, this is one of the reason that we wanted to stay in Ubud, a relaxing escape from the city. Maybe next time we'll try the private pool villas.

Best part about Uma:
- Very relaxing place to stay, everything that we expect from staying in Ubud.
- Amazing view from the terrace rooms.
- MUST TRY: the free yoga at the open air studio overloking the valley.
- friendly staff and great value of the rooms.

Overall, we'll definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Will definitely try the private pool villas next time we visit.

Room Tip: Go for the terrace rooms or any rooms that overlooks the valley.

“Amazing stay!!!!”

We are here at uma for our holiday! The hotel is so nice and amazingly cozy! I can't even wait till i reach home to write a review. The place is so tranquil.. quite and peaceful.. The room is cozy! We stay at the terrace room and love the smell of their toiletries :-) the pool is nice, great breakfast as well. All staff are attentive, polite and friendly. I was so surprised that the staff can greet me by name even i did not make any reservation for my breakfast! amazing! We'll be back for sure!! Love love love!

“A blissful experience...”

We returned to the Uma for the second time this year. It is by far one of the best resorts we've ever been to. You feel indulged from the moment you arrive - the staff are amazing, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are just so beautiful and private, and open onto your own private courtyard overlooking a tropical rainforest. Everything about the Uma is just perfect including the best vegetarian I've ever had. (They cater for vegan/raw food lovers as well as traditional food). It is perfect for those wanting to totally recharge in a blissfully peaceful environment. We will definitely visit again.

“Absolute gem”

We keep returning to Uma, tucked away in Ubud. Having stayed at some of the top hotels around the world, we think Uma is one of the best. The hotel grounds are a lush tropical paradise of immaculate gardens. The staff are wonderful and actually care - after our second visit we felt like we were seeing old friends. The rooms are beautifully designed and the food is some of Ubud's best. The spa is fantastic (and better than the more expensive others we tried in Bali) and the yoga rooms are incredible. All in all, it was wonderful. A must.

Room Tip: Love the garden rooms. The suite is amazing.
