“Refined cuisine with a splendid view on rice fields !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

For lunch, that's one of the best place to eat in Ubud... The place is a bit outside the city, but it allows to have a direct contact with countryside. I loved the food, particularly the deserts, and the place was so peacefull that you can feel only good vibrations there ! It is a bit expensive in comparison with a "warung" (we paid +/- 60 usd for two starters, two mains, two desserts, two beers and a juice) but the value for money is definitly good.

“Quiet spot with great views and ambience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013 via mobile

An excellently presented restaurant, better than you would expect from a resort. The location is perfect, far from the road, in paddy fields. Very clean and modern, but still Balinese. Good Indonesian food, though not outstanding. The Italian food looked promising from the starters we had, and it is well presented and served. Worth a visit.

“Romantic ambiance, delicious meals and must-try desserts!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

This restaurant is located within the Kenanga Hotel in Ubud, it's quite easy to find.. Be prepared to be swept off your feet with the view. I saw that they even have a little place in the middle of the rice field for romantic dinner. I bet all wedding proposals that have been done there ended with a big yes :)

We had our breakfast and dinner here. In my opinion, Terracotta served one of the best breakfasts ever! They got fresh breads, fresh juices, and the homemade jams are to die for! We had mango and banana jams at our table.. and as I glanced to the other tables, I saw watermelon jams. Nice touches indeed.

The dinner was something else. Got the lovely cocktail for two since my husband and I were in romance mood. We had risotto and club sandwich for dinner. Actually, club sandwich are for lunch menu.. but the staff were very friendly and made it anyway.

We had the dessert platter consist of 4 different desserts to end our dinner.. It was marvelous! I personally love love love the passion fruit cheesecake. You may need to let go of your previous cheesecake experiences and embrace this one wholeheartedly.

“Delicious Meal Amidst the Rice Paddies”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013 via mobile

We enjoyed dinner at Terracotta on our first night in Ubud. The food was excellent as was the service. You can't beat the ambiance of the restaurant overlooking rice fields lit with lanterns and the glistening deep blue swimming pool. The setting is so romantic!

We enjoyed the Indonesian tasting platter as well as the dessert tasting platter. Both were well worth it, not least because it made choosing easier and everything was good.

A delightful and romantic meal.
