“Great stay and service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

After arriving late in Ubud, we just wanted to check into our room, eat dinner, and call it a day. When we arrived, a staff member promptly showed us to our room, bypassing any check-in counter. We dropped our bags, caught our breath, and headed downstairs to the grill/bar. We opted to sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table as the restaurant was packed with patrons...turned out to be a great choice. We placed our food order and it was brought out quickly. We asked the bartenders their recommendations for drinks...they did not disappoint! This was just the beginning of our great stay in Ubud. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Nova, one of the bartenders, greeted us regularly whether we were coming or going, and always had helpful recommendations. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast at Cinta, (included in room rate; multiple options) which was always delicious. We enjoyed our stay enough to extend our reservation for an additional night. If you are looking to stay in Ubud, this is a wonderful hotel...with, as mentioned, a great restaurant. It is located central to many of the shops, galleries, temples, and bars in Ubud. We never needed a taxi and walked everywhere. There are only seven rooms here, each with their own balcony/patio, overlooking the pool, so act quickly. Our one issue was that the wifi signal was not always strong.

You cant fault the accommodation. The room was spacious, beautifully air conditioned, spotless and my bed and pillows were so comfy. The small fridge came in very handy. Lovely small pool to cool off in . It has a fabulous restaurant which is so popular, I can see why the food is so good with a diverse menu. We had all meals there. Its a great place to eat and relax and watch the world pass by. We saw organic veges delivered fresh each morning. Its located on a very busy street full of shops and restaurants, walking distance to the market and monkey forest, however you can't hear any noise from your bedroom. The staff very friendly and helpful. If you have a car the staff will park it for you. I will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: I had an upstairs bedroom with a good size balcony. There is an open lounge downstairs with day beds...

We spent three nights at Cinta Inn which is located in the middle of Monkey Forest Rd. Although the road is busy the accommodation is very quiet as the units are behind the restaurant.

There are 7 rooms all nicely fitted and beds very comfortable. There are 2 downstairs that look out to the pool and the others are upstairs. Pool looks nice but mainly in shade and only small but sufficient if you need to refresh.

Restaurant serves good quality food and staff are extremely friendly, nice place to spend a few hours watching the world go by. Breakfast included was off the menu with most dishes cooked and served fresh as you order.

Recommend if you are looking for clean comfortable accommodation whilst touring Ubud region.

this review is for the resturant - not the Inn
We hoped in for a quick drink - restaurant is right on the monkey forrest road in the heart of Ubud district
good place to chill out and enjoy the street scene
good house tunes (no annoying loud live bands)
we had Anker Stout and it is right up there with Guinness I have to say

We had a 3 night stay at Cinta and it was fantastic. The location is a short walk from the market and main shopping street. The staff are very helpful and Ary was extremely helpful and friendly.

The bar area is a nice relaxing place to enjoy breakfast and watch the locals prepare for the day, coffee was also fantastic!

The rooms are very clean and the room staff are efficient and friendly and happy for a chat each day.

Room Tip: Ground floor near the pool would be good, although we were on the 1st floor and the room was great.

Have stayed in a couple of places along Monkey Forest Road for the central location. Each place is generally fair value. The difference with Cinta is the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Our stay included breakfast each day, which was better much better for choice and food quality. The main difference was all of the staff took the time to learn your name and to chat from time to time. They made you feel very welcome. I noted the guest book at the accommodation section was full of welcoming remarks. This is a great place to stay. The Laughing Buddha Bar is a great place for music next door - but was being renovated whilst we stayed.

Room Tip: A couple of rooms on the bottom floor are closest to the pool.

Second time around staying at Cinta Inn and it was as brilliant as the first time. The staff really shine here and make you feel so welcome and well, kinda special. From the genuine warm smiles whenever you met one of them to greetings in the morning at breakfast or when you returned from the day out. It always felt like coming home. The food and staff at Cinta Grill was splendid too. I have stayed at various hotels in Bali over the years but Cinta Inn definitely is a standout in terms of great service, comfortable, well appointed facilities and great food. Loved the beds and the pool. Its smaller, intimate and with a location that's really hard to beat, with lots of places within walking distance. Wish i could have stayed longer...

Room Tip: There's only 2 floors so if you don't feel like walking up stairs or having a balcony get a...
