1. We orderd small pizza, penne, beer, and ice tea. Two of us ONLY.
3. After 45 minutes... Not Coming yet.
Me: "Where is our food? Why those people after us get their food first?
Server didn't say anything and get the food from the kitchen.
Me: "Why does take so long? Should we help you to make pizza dough?"
Sever: "I don't know the kitchen."
REALLY? NO APOLOGIZE AT ALL.
5. Server clear up
Me: "Can I have your manager?"
Server: "No, we are all crew."
Me: "Can I have your supervisor? Senior? Chef? Or Owner?"
Server: "No, we are all crew. How may I help you?"
Me: "Nobody incharge? Ok. I'll write on the internet."
Server: Left us without say anything.
6. Ask for the check
8. After 15minutes...
9. Give the check.
10. We pay.
Well, We understand they don't have hospitality training, Nobody train them, because they don't have any manager or even owner. They run the restaurant with their own way. They treated their guest with their own way. As long as the guest pay, they will feed their customer.
We came to this restaurant not even expect the service like Il Ristorante at Bvlgari. But really? Their service not even better than a warung. We prefer Kakiang Bakery cross the street than this weird restaurant.
