We did four dives with Bali Blue while staying at the Menjangan Resort. We were there in late November meaning it was the start of the rainy season and rain it did, this meant poor visibility, about 10-15m. The boats they use to transfer you out to Menjangan Island could do with an upgrade sooner rather than later and that is where the complaints end. I booked everything via email, all responses were prompt, clear and to the point and once we arrive at Menjangan they seemed to be aware of what our plans were. The gear was mostly new and of good quality, the dive team was friendly, helpful and happy and the atmosphere was relaxed. As for the diving, it was brilliant. The guides were easy going but professional as far as safety and equipment checking was concerned. The dives were slow, relaxing and I would recommend them for people who are not at their most comfortable 15m under water. We dived with two others who were difficult and paid no attention whatsoever to the guides, nevertheless it was great. The guides managed to cater to both groups without too much drama and made the whole thing fun, enjoyable with brilliant scenery, both coral and fish.
