My wife and I really had a great time at Suzu. We didn't know what to expect, but wow. The fish was very fresh (as it should be in Bali). The noddle dishes are made on site.
Turns out the owner operator is Japanese and living in the resort. He doesn't speak much English, but that is probably better for Japanese food anyway. There were no Language issues for us.
We enjoyed the Decor, it seemed like Japanese style, but also a bit of local Bali.
Pricing was very reasonable, perhaps less than in town. We enjoyed the seaside atmosphere.
It is too bad the deserts are not as well thought out at the rest of the menu, but perhaps they are working on that.
Suzu was a very great surprise, Bali was great.
