“Not for me ”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

Unclean and some unfriendly staff. Bathroom smelled constantly. No atmosphere and not a good option for a solo traveller. Loud noises from alleyway running along the back of my room. Was awoken several times during the night. Not the best place I've ever stayed ....

Excellent choice when taking a boat to Lembongan Island. The value for money is good, does not incl breakfast but they have a breakfast menu that has many choices (affordable prices too). The room was spotless, old but good (the sheets smelled nice & clean). The bathroom was big and it only had cold water (but who needs hot water in Bali in the first place!). The staff was very friendly, I arrived very late and they even waited for me! The communication via email was fast and efficient. I would stay here again :).

Room Tip: Does not incl breakfast

This place seemed to have had better days. Room was pretty old and walls could do with a new paint job. It is however a relatively cheap place so if you don't expect too much it is fine for a night or two. Staff is pretty friendly and the place is on a relatively quiet street and right next to a big supermarket. Beach is about 200m down the road. Food was nothing to write home about.

The guest house is very affordable and run by very nice people. It is located on the northern side, very close to the departing boats to the islands. They have free wi-fi in the reception area and a supermarket next door. The rooms are clean and spacious. They change your sheets and towels daily.

We stayed for 1 night before heading to Nusa Lebongan and had a really good sleep. Rooms were nice and clean with a big bathroom. Good location. Would recommend eating at the night market if you are on a budget. Breakfast not included.

We arranged a price of 150.000 rp for fan only and 200.000 rp for aircon room. We toom the fan only. At night we wanted to grade up to aircon because the rooms are very hot, they charged 250.000!! Whe decided not to use the airco. When checking out, they tried to make us pay for airco. They said we used it because 'the room felt cool' when they cleaned it: NOT!!!! They also charged 10% tax at the and for the room, never experienced that while traveling indonesia for three months. Conclusion: they lie to you and trie to rip you off.

Myself and my group recently set up agung watering hole as our base for the month we spent studying in Bali these winter holidays. Always so helpful and smiley, they made our stay so lovely that coming back from university excursions we felt as if we were coming home. With the few problems we had, they were always happy to help and did so quickly, with our shower head being replaced within the hour we asked about it. The staff really made it for us, so wonderful, they really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
