“BEST HOTEL of my trip!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2014

This place was AMAZING after a hard backpacking trip with my friends thru 3 islands and 8 cities in about 8 days thru indonesia. The staff super accommodating even called in a guy to help my friend saw off his lock on his luggage (lost key). The place is clean, modern and beautiful. The connecting pools were clean and refreshing to relieve from the humid hot weather. The location is prime as its minutes away from the beach and stores. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, away from the bustling busy streets. The included breakfast was also super delicious with a buffet of indonesian dishes. I WISH I could have stayed here longer but only had one night here. Decently priced for a really nice hotel in the heart of Sanur.

We stayed here in early December and thought it was fantastic in ever way, great location, helpful staff great meals and service. Pool was suited to our children we had adjoining rooms which were cleaned daily and efficiently.

In all the hotel staff were so friendly, excellent nothing is any bother.

Room Tip: Adjoining rooms are great for the privacy but are safe and secure for young teens

We booked last minute and got the family duplex which was located on the 4th level. Comfy king size bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs, stairs were very narrow and steep, wouldn't recommend for any young children, ours were 9 so that was fine. Pool was great!!
This hotel is conveniently located on the main drag of Sanur with plenty of restaurants / shopping and right next door to Hardy's Supermarket which has everything you need as well as cheap drinks!! Laneway across the road takes you straight to the beach. Buffet breakfast was good and staff were always polite and helpful, overall it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was the balcony, was private but not really big enough to sit and relax on.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights recently in celebration of the New Year.

For the first night we got the loft room. Although there were two air- cons, the room was like an oven and it was really impossible to sleep. Plus this room is not suitable for young two year old kids who keep climbing up and down the stairs to the upper floor bedroom as the stairs are really steep and quite dangerous. The next morning we upgraded to the family room and thereafter all went well. The family room is pleasant overall. Comes with a two bedroom unit and sleeps 4 comfortably.

Clean sheets and clean towels had stains on it so this place could do with some bleach in their wash.

Beds and pillows were comfortable but beds creak each time you turn or move in bed.

Staff members were extremely service oriented and friendly. They really do go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. However, they do need to brush up on their English as instructions need to be repeated so that they could understand your needs.

Breakfast at the hotel had limited variety. 70% of the food was the same for breakfast each day. Works well if you are a light eater anyway.

This place is value for money for family vacations during peak periods. Location wise there is a huge supermarket right next door called Hardys for groceries if you have a fussy kid like mine who eats only familiar food. Also, there are plenty eateries and shopping stores around. Sanur is far quieter and peaceful compared to the mad hustle and bustle of Kuta.

Hotel also offers shuttle services to Sanur beach. Quite frankly it's an ordinary beach but there are water sport activities offered there.

Overall a good stay for families but do not book the loft room. Stick to the family room. Upgrade and pay a little more if you must.

One thing I did really love about the hotel was the pool. It was very inviting and practically all rooms have the pool view.

Returned for 3rd time on New Year's Day. Internet booking successful. Upgraded. Some rain leakage not in rooms but in corridors but minor inconvenience. Room and service still excellent. Will return as this is excellently placed hotel for shopping, Hardys supermarket, batu jimba restaurant And supermarket, jamu spa etc. Not on beach side of road but beach 10 minute walk. Still very good.

Great location for an overnight stay. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Stayed in a family duplex, cosy, steep stairs, but quiet. Nice breakfast with lots of choices, with a lovely atmosphere.
