“Babi Guling set lunch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

Husband and I happened upon this place while walking today. Seafood and mix of other dishes. Service was great, at lunch, but we were the only customers. Must be the time of year.

What drew us in was the babi guling set menu. Some babi, sate, rice and dips. The babi was good and tender, though we do not know what makes a good one since this was our first time. The crackling part was not super tender or crispy, but the meat was seasoned and soft. Rice excellent, but the satay was very tough. My husband liked the dips, especially a curry type.

It was expensive, one beer, one glass wine and two person set 430000.

“Exotic restaurant”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

They give free deserts what compensates high prices.
Some dishes are very good and some are too salty.
I had troubles with stomach after it.

“If you want service, rethink this one”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

The food was very basic and for what you got expensive. We were spoilt after eating at Jack Fish Warung on the beach, came here and the food was boring, there was no service, we had to flag down the staff over and over, the magarita was a marganota. We actually thought it might just be the night staff and we gave it another shot for breakfast, seriously poor service, slow, had to ask for cuttlery, serviettes, our fruit platter. I sound like a complainer, but this was a big dissapointment. And I eat all over, this was probably only the second time in my last 8 visits I have experienced this type of service, it might have well been self serve.

“Food was not tasty, service slow and the music terrible”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012

We were four adults and two children (10 and 12).
Food was not good, pizza was undercooked, King Prawns and Tuna Steak were covered in a sauce which was not tasty, one child had a burrito which was much too spicy (no warning of course). The Lemon squash was much too sweet and filled with sugar.
Service was slow and the lighting is so bad we had to ask for a flashlight to read the menu !
Live music is very loud and the singer needs to change jobs urgently. We advise him to become an ambulance siren.
