I LOVED Conrad bali!! The entrance, the garden, the pool, the room… It looks beautiful everywhere. The reception workers were helpful and efficient. The garden was so plush and green, and the pool that overlooked the ocean was simply gorgeous. We thought it was a bit of a rip-off that they charged us the “ocean view” room price when we had a very limited view of it. But the room itself was simply gorgeous. The bathroom was so stylish and spacious and the whole bedding was so comfortable and heavenly, I wanted to stay there all day.
Since we upgraded to the Club floor, we got to enjoy the various snacks & drink services throughout the day. The snacks they served was great…not the soft drinks though. I’ve tried juice to smoothies to shakes to mixed (non-alcohol) cocktail, but none of them was good. I wouldn’t pay to drink any of it. As for the food, although we’ve never sit down to eat there, but judging from what they serve for the club member, the restaurant “East” is pretty good. I wouldn’t recommend the Eight Degrees South, the beach restaurant though. We had a Lobster platter for the dinner there, but it was just overly priced and insipid. You can have better seafood in Jimbaran.
I was very happy with the Spa, but some things fell slightly short of “Excellent” . For example, the garden outside was so nicely tended for, but the garden inside the spa looked like it’s been deserted after it was first planted. The rose petals in the flower bath were mostly burnt and brown. This was supposed to make you feel pampered like a princess, so it was kind of disappointing. But other than those minor details, I’d say it was a great spa experience.
If your plan is to enjoy the relaxed vacation in one place, then it’s a great location. You get to do a lot of activities within the hotel. But if you want to go to different spot, like Seminyek or Kuta, it’s a bit inconvenient. Though there were those tiny details that weren’t “perfect” for me, if I have a chance to go to Bali again, I’d stay in Conrad.

Got a room facing the main swimming pool. Gorgeous views. Room's very nice and roomy, beddings one of the best. Food was good everywhere, staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. Except those working at the main reception desk, I thought they could be more 'honestly' friendly, I found their smile a bit too 'pushed'. Can't wait to go back to this hotel again!

We had a week at the Conrad, returning after almost 5 years'. We enjoyed it immensely, the hotel facilities, the rooms, the great pool and the cultural shows. The location is great if you want to spend time with family and its not too far into Kuta.

We love this hotel. It is our second time and the service, rooms and grounds are as beautiful as they have ever been! The staff are so friendly and attentive to the guests. The Club benefits are well worth it.

When we were there the hotel was quiet and calm and we spent most of it lounging by the pool!
