Food was real cheapy. Room was not that big. Balcony was terrible. So small and there was no chair to sit on and see the view.
The only one of the best was the house-keeping. Other than that don't want to recommend this place to other people. It was the worst place to us with the Hong kong Langham.

This was our 1st trip to Bali, and we were not quite sure what to expect. I can happily report that our fears were unfounded, and we were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were spacious & the bathrooms were large & clean.

Not only was the resort lovely, but the thing that stood out above all else, was the beautiful staff that ensured that our stay was a great experience. A special mention to Allesandro, Hendra, Tari, Sofia & Weedi from Prego Restaurant, & Lucky & Rosalina who all looked after us MAGNIFICENTLY! and made our stay a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to any of my friends thinking of travelling to Bali.

We stayed for 15 days in this resort. The level of service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was flawless. Every person we came in contact with was nothing but helpful and overly eager to help in anyway possible. The pool is great and beach are wonderful, the service outstanding. Breakfast buffet was outstanding as were food and cocktails in the pool restaurant. Many of the employees go out of there way to acknowledge you. Our 13 years old son preferred to stay in Westin Nusa Dua whenever our travel brings us to Bali, he feels recognized by all staff, and they are so friendly with him. He likes the many options of pools and water falls...he feels happy that all staff looks after him and provide anything he ask for.
We found the staff supremely helpful and friendly, particularly the restaurant staff. The pool staff was exceptionally attentive, seeing that we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. We stayed in a ocean view suite and the view was quite lovely, as we could see both the gardens and the beach. Our suite was very spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. Much privacy was afforded by being very near the end of a long hallway, a bit of a walk from the hotel entrance and reception, but would choose the same room placement again for the quiet location. Had tried twice dinner with show and the service and food were excellent. I would highly recommend this resort.
I cant remember names of staff who were exceptionally looking after us during our stay, but I thank all Westin Nusa Dua staff for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We had a great holiday in the Westin Resort. The staff were really helpful. They seemed to go out of their way to help. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Bali Collection (which is a good tourist shopping enclave). The hotel is well out of Kuta which was a positive for us as we don't appreciate the noise and cigarette smoke and the ubiquitous "yobos".

The only negative comments are:
- crockery used in the breakfast restaurant was in some instances chipping or cracked.
- the piano used in the lobby is grossly out of tune in the upper register (which is heartbreaking as the pianist who plays each afternoon is excellent)

As in our title, this was our third stay at the Westin in Nusa Dua. All of the things that attracted us in the first place were still there - the extraordinary personality of all of the staff from the gardener to the senior management; the Resort facilities which include the swimming pools, the restaurants, the gymnasium, the pool/billiards room and of course the beach. If you want to see a couple of very special but unusual sights then go out of your room early in the morning and have a walk around the property. You're likely to see someone sweeping up leaves in the gardens, raking up the seaweed on the beach front or climbing up a palm tree to remove a dead frond, all of which ensure that the Resort is kept in pristine condition. Since our last visit there is a new Italian Restaurant called Prego and the most amazing new Heavenly Spa by Westin, the best we've ever encountered in our travels. Everything was perfect, just as it has always been.

We are a French couple in the 50's. We stayed there for 5 days end of August 2014. Preliminary remark: we have the chance to regularly stay in equivalent hotels in Asia, so we know how / what to compare... Almost everything was great. All the staff has a high sense of Customer Care (some French waiters / hotel staff in general should come here just to compare by curiosity !!!). Breakfast buffet is of top level. Italian restaurant is serving delicate food (excellent black ravioli stuffed with fish mousse). Gardens are superb and well maintained. The beach is clean and never faced any difficulty in finding a place for our towel: enough "beds". Swimming pool also pleasant, and no problem to find a place while we were there. Room (garden view) was large, clean, and well thought. We could speak to Alex Dietzch = Food & Beverage Executive, to whom we made above positive comments already :).
Walking along the beach at night, along other hotels beaches nearby, is very relaxing.
Only a bit negative remarks: cocktails are very expensive for the country (above 10 € if my memory is correct). The Japanese restaurant is also a bit disappointing, comparing with other restaurants (beef teriyiaki was too cooked, and came too early while sushis as starters were not finished yet). Also, free WiFi available in the lobby only: for such a pricing level it should be free in the room also: not a very clever choice I think.
Note: do NOT go to the galleria with the free shuttle, for the so-called duty free purchase: no interest at all as similar to what you find in airports ! Or if you go there, then walk to the nearby mata-hari mall with local peole only and cheap restaurants.

I stayed here with my significant other for 6 nights. Our room was upgraded to a suite due to our Spg platinum status. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms wonderful. Unfortunately, the beds felt too soft for both of us and induced some minor back pains. The included breakfast buffet was a nice and convenient addition, but grew old after the first few days. Service was slow and we had to frequently remind the waitress that we were waiting on drinks.

The hotel provided an ample amount of complimentary bottled water, but decided that they would charge us for hot water to steep our tea. I found it quite outrageous and ridiculous considering all the other services that they provided free of charge.
