As you enter hotel reception you are greeted by friendly staff who are more than willing to oblige your requests and given complimentary drink then escorted to your room through the exquisite gardens past the pool area which is surrounded by rooms looking towards it.. We travelled as 3 couples and had rooms ranging from standard to superior for our friends and we had the classis suite room.. You are immediately hit by the immaculate presentation and the daily changing of the towel animals on the bed is a nice touch. The peace and tranquillty at night is astounding when you consider the busy surrounds although the bottom end of poppies 2 does see alot less people and vehicle traffic at night. Breakfast is reasonable, although nothing out of this world can set the foundation for your day. The location is great as it is perhaps 100 metres from the beach for those interested and yet only a good stroll up poppies 2 to arrive near ground zero and the club scene. Having been to Bali prior to staying here, I can say I will not bother searching for a different hotel. Just an ideal place to stay...

Stayed first time september last year, had to come back as location is accesable to everything in kuta. The rooms large and bed very comfortable, good nights sleep like the way the towels were presented, breakfast was more than adequate, restaurant served good food, live band every night till 10pm. The staff very helpful and obliging, fantastic laundry service (same day), pool and pool bar good place to relax don't change any thing and dont go Hi Rise WE WILL BE BACK

We spent another week here whilst in Bali. The newer rooms are great & also very quiet. The restaurant has changed and the food is excellent, including breakfast. As perviously mentioned, the swim bar is perfect, clean pool, food & drink served whilst in the pool. An extra mention for Made, their driver, a very friendly, helpful & courteous man.

We have just come back from Bali and stayed here, my travel agent told me it was 2.5 star, we found the rooms to be amongst the nicest we have stayed in in Bali they were large and authentic the beds were comfortable and the hotel being its position was nice and quiet, we didn't bother with the breakfast though we found it very basic, but for the price the hotel is somewhere we would stay again
