Just returned from an eight night stay at All Seasons. (February 2014). I stayed here as I am an Accor member and the prices were just too good to refuse. $450 AUS for 8 nights for 2 people. We stayed on the second floor (Room 230) and we were really happy with our room. We just had to walk down one flight of stairs to access the pool.
Pool was lovely, with bar near one end of the pool. Happy hour each day 12 noon until 6pm at the pool bar. Then 6pm - 9pm in the restaurant. Two for one cocktails, which were very nice.
The pros: close to lots of other cafes and restaurants. Close to beach (one block away). Friendly staff, lovely spa service
The cons: rooms seemed hot in the night, maybe air conditioning was being adjusted (as during the day air con was fine and room was very nice and cool). Abit noisy when people walked past our room. Rooms not very noise proof. Person in room above us wearing shoes, we heard every clip clop throughout the night. I found the food not good at all. We ate breakfast on two mornings at the hotel, but then found alot nicer breakfast at other places, and for cheaper. Food ordered for lunch around pool was very slow to arrive. I waited an hour for a pizza, and really I did not eat much of it. I love my food but the food served was not the best. In saying this I would still stay here again but just eat elsewhere.
The spa at the hotel is to die for. Ayu, at the spa, was lovely and I visited the spa four times. Cost a little extra than other spas around Legian, but service was unbelievable.
I would go for a ground floor room for direct pool access.

I regret that our buffet breakfast variety did not meet your expectation while it is invigorated with a Full American Buffet Breakfast which is also complemented by fine Asian and Australian breakfast specialties as well as automatic coffee machine. But in regard to above matter and based on our commitment to a quality of service, your comment has been carefully noted by our department concerned.
Regarding to the length of your food order being served, which is also unacceptable for our service standardization, please rest assured that action has been taken for its improvement.
We are also apologize for the inconvenience you were caused by the noisy sound in your room area and the slow adjusted from Air Conditioner of room temperature. We fully understand your frustration and your concern for the discomfort of your neighbors. All Seasons Legian Bali uses standardized wall soundproof in each room . We have instructed the department concerned to fix the one in this room immediately.
