“Great value, service and location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

We’ve had several meals here over the past four years and really enjoyed all of them – this time was no exception.

We came here after a full day at Waterbom Park across the road to watch the sun set and have a nice meal at a reasonable price. Our family of four had entrees, main, dessert and drinks for $57 AUD. The food was delicious, but what really set this visit apart was the service. Our waiter was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

We will continue to re-visit Cocos!

“Great Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

A friend and decided to have an early dinner there, I had previously had lunches there over many Bali trips, staff were welcoming, we decided to go for the dinner special, Lobster Thermidor, with salad, it was a special deal with a drink, only $24, and the manager came over and suggested instead of a soft drink we could try the detox, well it was so tasty and refreshing. Mrs Vivi really looked after us, the lobster came with French fries and a vegetable timbale, then we were offered a free little dessert just to finish off. Such a lovely place to sit and watch the waves with very attentive but not annoying staff, will go back again within the week, lovely. Well done.

“A real find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

We decided to check out the restaurants on the beach front at the back of discovery mall. Without a good reason we stopped at Coco Bistro. The staff were very welcoming and friendly so we decided to stay .

I started off with the the Seafood Chowder and this was a beautifully creamy with lots of flavour . I really enjoyed the soup it was well worth having. We also had smoke chicken salad which was really very good and well presented
We then had a Bali Pizza ( you have got to eat a pizza in Bali). This was very good with a great base it was spicy and tasted great

I then had the whole snapper served with a chilli sambol. The dish came with a side of vegetables in a curry sauce. The fish was superb the vegetables really very good .

We also had desserts which were
Coco Loco which was fruit salad with chocolate strawberry and vanilla ice cream With chocolate milk , Myers Rum and whipped cream , very sinful .

Strawberry Mellow which was fresh strawberries Grand Marnier 3 scoops of ice cream and top with whipped cream.

And to top things off they had a special on ice coffee
If you bought two they gave you a free one so we had
Irish iced coffee
Vanilla iced coffee
Blue Berry iced coffee all 3 coffees cost $8.40
Add to this we had a Lemon juice and Ginger ale as well as 2 Heinken

Total of bill including taxes ( only 10%) $60.06

All up a very good meal and I would come back here again. We certainly had a lot to eat and drink
and every thing was very good

“Lovely seafood”

A good night out, with a live band and a beach style setting. Priced at the top end of what you'd expect to pay in Bali
