This was our first hotel on our trip, after a long day travelling we arrived at the Airport to find there was no one from the Grand Inna to pick us up (after stating our flight details on our booking and emailing them seperatly before we departed Australia). There was although a staff member from the Grand Inna with a sign for another couple, we approached him and stated we are guest and asked if we could get a lift seeing we are going to the same place. He rudely stated NO!. We then arrived at the Grann Inna via taxi to find out they did not have our booking. This was very frustrating after a long trip. After aprrox 20 mins everything was sorted and we headed up to our room. There is no lifts in the hotel so we had to lug our own suitcases up the stairs as the staff couldnt lift them. If your a breakfast person you will be highly dissapointed unless you like rice, fish and nasi goreg for breakfast. Very very poor. The location is ok, a little bit of a walk to the shopping centres and night clubs. Pools are nice and rooms satisfactory with very thin walls. If you are looking to sleep in past 6am dont stay here as staff are noisly doing maintenance.
