I had a very enjoyable night stayed at the grand whiz hotel, I like the tone color of the room , simple hotel with spatial utilization which is beautiful, aircon was great and cold , breakfast is good everything was simply awesome ....great to stay with grand whiz kuta

We love coming to the Grand Whiz when I travel to Bali! The staff is very welcoming, hospitality and friendly. Compared to my other travels and the hotel’s I stay at the Grand Whiz is above the rest! Everything was simply awesome, thank you!

Stayed for 3 nights. Arrived 8am from Mnl Cebu Pacific flight. Check in wasn't till after 1pm so my husband & I rented a scooter from the hotel tour desk (idr 80,000/day -which i later found out was a bit high) to go around Kuta.
Was able to get into our room at 1pm. Aircon was great and cold! Room was a fair size with all the amenities ie safe deposit box, lcd tv, free wifi but need to sign in every 10min. Room was clean and bathroom was very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. We had a small balcony with a pool view.
Our sheets had a little stain but i could tell the sheets were washed but the stains just didnt come out. I called housekeeping and they changed it right away.
Overall I like the hotel.
We got a free 15 min free massage. It was sooo good got hooked and availed of the 1.5 hr package.

Walk past the lobby and behold a beautiful sight... a swimming pool with loungers for two, and surrounded by the white walls of the hotel rooms... a restful sight indeed. The rooms are pretty standard - comfortable, well-furnished and all that. What made the place unique was leaving the elevator, walking to your room on the open hallway. Yes, the hallway is open (well, half-open) and has a nice view of the structures outside. it made me want to linger there and just feel the fresh breeze.
We had to leave the hotel at 5 am and the light of the morning dusk plus the sound of the prayers piping in through the air made the stay in Grand Whiz very magical, if that is your sort of thing!

Room Tip: We stayed on the fifth floor. It was a good place to be!

I stayed in this Hotel for 21 days, i i am taking back a smile with me, the hotel has one of the MOST friendliest staff, they will greet you every time that you meet them. the room was very good, the house keeping made sure it is well made everyday. located in the center of Kuta, approachable to all the places, close to Discovery Mall, very close to the Airport just 5 Minute drive. In all a perfect place to stay.

Had stayed here in April for 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay. Location to the beach and shopping mall is 10 mins walk.

Staffs: Always smiling when we approached them. Greeted us whenever we sees them. Speak good English. We didn't have any problems with them.

Rooms: We stayed in a standard room without balcony. Was small as there were 3 single beds for us. Beds are comfortable but I found a stain on my bedsheets. Extra pillows can be provided upon request. A bit dusty at the corners of the rooms so I placed my suitcase over it. Was small thus for 3 ladies with 3 suitcases, we had to put on the seat provided and on the floor. Free water top up every day but I suggested to go to the mini-marts just beside the hotel to get a big bottle (it's cheap too).
During the 1st night, we had troubles in sleeping due to the faulty air con. Went to the service counter the next mrng and it was fixed when we came back in the night.

Toilets: Clean. Shower rooms and sinks were a bit cramp. Clean towels were supplied each time we asked for room service.

Pools: Clean and relaxing. Just beside the bar so nice music was played during our swim.

Massage: Had visited the parlour on our last day of travel. Surprisingly good! My friends and I dozed off during the massage (the others massages we went were not that comfortable). There is a bathroom in the room so showering post massage is available. Cheap too. Had to book in advance as there is not enough masseurs available esp. at evening.

Food: Breakfast served differently each day. Had my eggs cooked just the way I wanted. Dinner was great too. Had satisfying full stomach to kick start the day each day.

Will stay there if I'm going to stay in kuta. Thanks Grand Whiz!

it was great stay in this hotel, i like the food on breakfast and also mahi-mahi fish steam on dinner.
very good location, we can go to the beach by foot or we can borrow bicycle from the hotel
maybe i will come back later to trying the pool
