great location but with construction activity in full swing right next to the hotel.The delux room is ok in size,but the ocean view from 1429, 2429, 3429,4429 is blocked.ROOSTERS ARE A MENACE,I believe they belong to the hotel and urgently need to be relocated,they just dont let you relax.construction activity is in full swing in the neighborhood so dont expect a silent and dust free environment.the staff is very polite helpful and ever smiling,except that man in the restaurant who insisted that i am not allowed to take things from the buffet despite being informed that my daughter is sick and cannot come down .i would come back..but only when the construction in and around is over and the roosters

We stayed here from the 7-13 January
We were on our honeymoon and the service was excellent we checked in earlier than expected by Chandra at reception and Fatima was very helpful. When we were showed to our room which was standard room,we had a knock at the door and they brought in a heart chocolate shaped honeymoon cake it was so lovely of them! The cake was delicious! My partner was sick and cold and when I asked for extra blanket they provided straight away! Nothing was any trouble at all for them and I noticed they are always cleaning around hotel which I have never seen at quite a few other hotels,spot cleaning and changing water in water feature! The free wifi was good and I never had a problem with it. The breakfast however was disappointing there were flies all over the fruit and breads and we got put off and didn't eat for 4 days out of the 6 for breakfast even though we paid for it. We would go out every other morning for breakfast. The bacon you had to ask for it and they serve it to you cold on a little plate,the bacon should be cooked all at once and put in the warmers like all the other food! The omelettes were cooked all at once as well and put in the Warmer too and would be cold,omelettes should be cooked as ordered like at all the other hotels. Our room 4306 was a little noisy at first but then it was ok,it's on level 4. The pool area is lovely and the view is beautiful of the ocean. The music was relaxing as they have a dj in the afternoon when you watching the sunset. Our bed was hard and it was squeaky the pillows were nice and soft though. Most times you could hear furniture being moved in the other rooms,which was annoying but at night when u were tired you would sleep. The food upstairs in the pool bar wasn't very nice. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and we want to thank all the staff for a wonderful service provided.

A few point to note about this hotel:
1) Rooms are small.
2)Location, near the beach but not close the excitements of Kuta, still have to do alot of walking.
3)You for sure don't need a wake up call, you can hear plenty of chickens cooing non stop early in the morning, disturbing the sleep and it can be heard through the windows.
4) There is mart opposite the hotel if you need anything.
5) The staffs were good.
6) The rooms are wifi enabled.
7) The bed was average to sleep.
8)Bathroom felt congested, too small.
Overall it was an OK stay.

the pictures on the website i found were very misleading i wouldnt recommend this hotel the rooms were extremely small the staff made you feel as though everything you asked was too much trouble, when we complained and asked to speak to the manager they tried to fob us off with someone acting as a manager when in fact they wasnt, they then laughed at the complaints we had, although after this very serious complaint they did try to make changes. the pool is very small and there was building work being done in front of the hotel this was never made clear to us when we booked this or even upon arrival. and the hotel is very noisy if you are looking for a peace and tranquility then this is a no go. we did get moved rooms but this wasnt much better as they were doing building work on the rooms above us so if you wanted an afternoon sleep you couldnt. i certainly wouldnt put this hotel as a 3*. the food was average and very monotonous.
