Very clean safe hotel,staff were very friendly and polite, food from hotel was quite good to,not really a party hotel,but would definitely stay there next time I'm in bali, highly recommend, try to get the room facing the pool and with a balcony, great view,also rooftop bar is pretty cool,the views from there are amazing

We stayed here during our last visit to Bali and it was above average in many areas. I would not say that this is the best hotel in the adjacent area as it seemed pretty quite and lacked street foods that we were aiming to try them all out.

Breakfast at hotel lacked food varieties and we are having the same food for 3 days straight.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly enough. No harm checking in into this hotel, though our experiences here were greatly enhanced only by our friendly tour guide.

I stayed here for 6 nights for a wedding being held at Bali gardens . This hotel was basic but clean, nothing really wrong with it. I only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was like all Bali breakfasts. Had an issue with an air con which took 2 days to sort out but not a major issue. Wifi is dodgy so I wouldn't plan on trying to work from this location.

Close to JL kartika plaza for a cab and doesn't feel a part of the rat race as its a little out of the way but still very close to the airport.

Positive Comments:-
1) Good location, it's just 10-min taxi ride from the airport and it's only 15-min walk on foot to the beach size, there are many beach-side restaurants for your to choose for a dinner or a lunch.
2) Helpful & Cheerful Staff, all staff are nice and helpful.
3) Free wifi connection in lobby & restaurant.

Negative Comments:-
1) The water pressure is not poor in the bathroom so that you can't have a normal shower to clean your body after a water-sport day;
2) The fabrics of the chair is very dirty that you don't want to sit on it;
3) the sound insulation of the room is really bad, you can hear someone walking outside your room. The worst thing is that there is a construction site next to the hotel and the construction noise will distribute you in some ways;
4) The breakfast is poor, food is strange and is not nice looking. I have stayed in the hotel for 4-night, every morning, I just took the toasted bread and a pair of sun-shine eggs;
5) I have ordered a hotel pick-up services when I arrived at the bali airport. However, the pick up is not the hotel staff but the hotel order an outsider to pick me up. It makes me feel that the hotel is just a middle man;

Overall comment, the rate I had for the room per night is around HKD800, I would say what you've got is what you have paid.
