“Nice Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2013

Nice hotel across from the beach close to everything. Booked a triple were put in a double room very small once we told reception staff they moved us to a bigger room straight away. Staff very friendly. One down fall was lots of mozzies as there are lust green gardens around all the rooms.
Take lots of repellent !!

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter

We stayed in Kuta Seaview hotel for three night and we enjoyed every minute of our time. The food was perfect. The rooms are clean, but the another factor in the room was the sheets: both my husband and I agree they were a little overused. The rest of out room made up for it and we were outside most of the time anyway. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

A friend & I recently stayed here for 5 nights, and had a perfect stay, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was more than adequate, and the grounds are very pretty. We stayed in room 126, and had absolutely no problem with noise, air con worked great, and we always had new bottles of water each morning.checkin and checkout was nice and smooth.room service was extremely yummy.excellent location,we were able to walk everywhere.we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and also returning ourselves if we ever get the chance to go again.

Room Tip: We were quite close to pool area, but still had no noise problem.spa massage was very nice although...

We stay in this hotel 3 times per year either as a family or a couple. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is quaint, very friendly atmosphere. Cocktails around the pool in the afternoon are amazing, music is fun too. Dinner is beautiful in the restaurant and plenty of it. You will feel at home. Great location right on the beach in the centre of Kuta, you are able to walk almost everywhere. Close to Legian and Seminyak as well.

We stayed at the Kutaseaview in February for 15 nights. I couldn't have asked for more. The room was lovely, good air-con, great choice at breakfast and you could eat inside or out. We stayed in 175 which is a garden view room. They up-graded us on arrival and also brought a birthday cake to each of us for our birthdays and floweras on our anniversary. They made us feel very special. Even though it is on the front road, the rooms are all situated at the back and it is so peaceful. The gardens make you feel like you are in an oasis. Sitting on my terrace with a candle burning, listening to beautiful balinese music floating down from the pool area was a favourite thing to do of an afternoon. You are central to everything and, no matter which direction you take out the front, you have a plethora of restaurants and bars to choose from. The best thing about the hotel is that the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting some of the management team when they invited us to a cocktail party, held on the roof terrace, on our last day and all were very proessional. The pool area is so well set-up with lots of different configurations of lounges. The lounge chairs have the thickest cushions I have ever laid on. We spent quite a few afternoons swimming, reading, drinking, eating and napping around the pool. It was so tranquil with enough sunny spots if you wanted to tan, but a lovely selection of shady spots underneath frangipani trees for relaxing out of the sun. The food at the restaurant was also some of the best I have had for a long time, Italian themed, but with a selection of traditional and other dishes. A friend of mine said it was the best spaghetti bolognese she had ever had. I recommend you give this resort a try, the best we have stayed in on our trips to Bali.

Room Tip: The garden rooms at the back are surrounded by tropical gardens and very tranquil. I did not see th...

We stayed at the Seaview March 5/13. We found the hotel to be excellently located, close to everything, the beds were clean and comfortable, the staff were very good, the buffet break fast was exactly the same as you will find at any hotel in Bali, adequate,on arrival we were greeted well and upgraded to a cottage which was very quiet ,but the lounge seats were filthy , badly needed cleaning, but this is a very old hotel.
We dont know what restaurant some of the reviewers were raving about, but we only found one at this hotel'Rosso', it is a supposedly Italian restaurant, after one terrible meal we asked if the chef was Italian and we were told he was off tonight, we were there for Nyepi so we couldn't leave the hotel and we had to eat at the restaurant again on our last night, we asked if the chef was on duty and we were told he was on holiday so we played safe and ordered the easiest things on the menu, antipasto and spaghetti bolognese, after being told there was no goats cheese ,we ordered Pecorino, There was none so we settled on some other cheese, the Parma ham looked liked it had been left out in the rain. The spaghetti Bolognese was a sad affair, the pasta was not only aldente it was totally uncooked and it was swimming in what can only be described as Bolognese soup, we had to ask for Parmesan which was taken from another customer. This restaurant is one of the most expensive in kuta, the drinks are very very expensive, so be warned, you have been advised. There are some cheap good restaurants in Poppies 2 try the Victory which is only 300 metres from the hotel. On the whole we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but after staying at many other hotels in bali over the years we think there are so many that are better and more reasonable.

Room Tip: The back rooms away from the pool area are very quiet

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Seaview Boutique, this is a beautiful resort. Well located. The rooms were spotless. Our breakfast was so good and lots to choose from. We also had room service which was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Cant wait to go back :D
