4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

The room hotel was nice, quite small but very clean and tidy, my breakfast was only an american breakfast and fruit :D there's a small pool there but it was very clean too. The location is near airport, so as u can imagine, quite far from the tourist area, but its ok as long as you rent a motorbike. There was no restaurant around, but about 300m, u may found Burger King. After all it was a good stay in here

This hotel was perfect for one night as it was an excellent low price, five minutes from the airport and we got exactly what we paid for. For example, the room was small, safe, and clean and bathroom was also very clean. We just used this room to have showers and relax before we went to the airport.

No Mini bar, however, they did have complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and new a flat screen tv with cable channels.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and they offered a complimentary breakfast.

I will admit there are no restaurants close by, except for burger king and dominos pizza. However, we did investigate it, and Jimbaran beach, with the seafood restaurants, is approximately a 15 minute walk and would be very quick to get to in a taxi.

This hotel is perfect for one night when going to or from the airport.

I highly recommend Coco de Heaven.

i have stayed here for 10 days at the end of my month travelling in kuta. I booked through an agent and after the second night i wanted to change hotel! The first room i have stayed in was a "deluxe" room but it had no window!! I asked to change only to be told it was fully booked. After 2 days of staying here i just wanted to leave as i felt so uncomfortable! I didnt know if it was day or night. I was told they would not issue a part refund and would change my room. On day 4 i was moved to a poolside room and it was clean and ok but a downgrade as it has no fridge or wardrobe etc although i didnt mind this. The roof of the poolside rooms is made of straw and wooden beams so you can hear a fly fart outside the room and this hotel is next to one of the busiest roads in Kuta. All day and night u can hear cars and bikes whizz past like u were sitting at the roadside! The airport is next door so the roar of the planes is crazy then all night there is a cockerel next door that cockadoodledoos all night long! The neighbours also started banging as if chopping wood all day every day starting at about 6AM. I have not had a good nights sleep for the rest of my stay.
On top of that breakfast is pot rice or pot noodle on a plate or scrambled egg on cold toast.
The pool was also green for a few days and poolside does not get much sunlight so sunbathing is not possible for most of the day.

please..... Do not stay here if you want to sleep at night and if you do then i recommend ear plugs at the least :)

small rooms with no windows, on the busiest road. dirtiest room I've seen after spending two weeks in Bali ( at five diferent hotels/guesthouses). Staff is too young, unprepared, unefficient and disrespectful - they basically laughed at us when we complained about the room being dirty.
Twenty minutes away (walking through the busiests roads) from a pretty but boring beach, with very expensive restaurants, for tourists only.
DON'T waste your time in Bali and please avoid this hotel at all costs!

We arrived at 1:30 pm and the receptionist informed us that check-in is at 2 pm. I asked to check-in right away, but they denied our request. Then I wondered if the room was not cleaned, but yes, it was ready. This never happened to me before.
Then we went to the Burger King on the dodgy sidewalk and had a terrible meal.
The room smells quite bad, but is otherwise ok except for the spiderwebs at the ceiling. It is very small, and comes with a comfy bed. The bathroom is clean and nice.
The staff was kind enough to book us a blue bird taxi to the airport the next morning.

Room Tip: Stay away from the road

Really glad we only booked 2 nights at this hotel. Check in was quick but the staff then proceeded to show us our room upstairs but stood back and watched while we struggled with our luggage without offering any assistance. Room was the size of a matchbox with no natural light, bathroom was a decent size however only had a sink with no bench to put anything on and didn't even have a toilet roll holder. One of the first things we noticed was a big price list for if anything gets broken in the room. This was the first time we had seen anything like this. Replacement pricing was ridiculous being 5 dollars for a plastic shampoo container and 10 dollars for a sugar holder. We were meant to have a fridge but there wasn't one - although we could see from the power points there was meant to be one. We are not complainers so let this slide until we noticed other people checking in later that night and they had a fridge in there room. We then questioned why we didn't have one and were told they could move us to another room - we didn't bother but did question why we weren't given this room in the first place- of course we didn't get a reply. There was also no safety deposit box in the room as stated on agoda. Wifi was non existent in the rooms so you had to go to the lobby to use it. We were on the top floor towards the front of the hotel and the traffic noise was terrible. Normally we sleep through anything but really struggled to get a decent nights sleep. On the second night we had a group of people checking in around 12.30am. For over an hour they were slamming doors, screaming down the hallway and making more noise than we thought was possible. Someone also tried to open our door so we got up and there was a staff member in the hallway and he just said sorry. The staff didn't ask them to keep it down even though it was keeping everyone up. Breakfast was what you would expect for the price so no complaints there. I would like to point out we have been staying in budget hotels around Bali for the last month and are not at all fussy with where we stay however we were very happy to be checking out and wouldn't return to this hotel again even if someone paid us to. As for location it was on the main road however was nice and close to the airport (as evidenced by the constant noise of planes flying over). It was also only about a 2.50 ride into Kuta. Not much apart from burger king, dominoes and a few surf shops were within walking distance. There are other budget hotels located close to the airport which offer a better sleep quality and even if you are just looking for an airport stopover hotel it would be cheaper and you would probably get a better nights sleep by camping at the airport. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Room Tip: Ask for a back upstairs room if you want any chance of getting a decent nights sleep. Front rooms ar...

Just 5mins drive from the Bali airport, metered Blue board taxi costs idr 28000 including the airport parking/entry ticket. Very small room but very neat, clean, air conditioned. Have a coffee maker. There is a small swimming pool too. Staff very cooperative and helpful. They arranged the taxi for airport drop. Breakfast( don't imagine toomuch, its just 2pieces of bread with an egg omelette) is complimentary. As we had to leave for airport at 5am they packed it for us. Definitely worth for 245k roughly 25usd.

Room Tip: We stayed in first floor room no. 203,facing the road. No prob.
