We stayed at the Pat-Mase Villas for 4 nights this month and were utterley amazed at the quality of accommodation, value for money and charm of the staff. First, the accommodation was vast and incredibly tastfully furnished and designed. We had so much space and the dip pool was lovely to read beside with our toes danging in. Breakfast was cooked for us in our own private kitchen in the mornings and again the service and quality was very high. There was a huge choice of breakfasts and they were extremely plentiful. Everything was made for our comfort...a bathroom, separate toilet, separate wetroom, comfortable bedroom, outdoor shower, outdoor toilet, dip pool, lounge, dining area, kitchen. And, at the end of our garden were some steps down to a beautiful pool. This was shared with around 6 other villas but was empty each time we went. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Bali.

We stayed at Pat Mase and had a wonderful time. The villas are beautiful and spacious, with a lovely garden and plunge pool, and large living area. All of the staff are polite and helpful, offering advice and reccomendations as to places to visit on the island. Although the villas are set a little bit away from the beach it only takes a minute in a taxi and costs about 75p/$1.50 to get there, so this is not a disadvantage. The villas also offer a free shuttle bus to two beaches several times throughout the day. Also because it is not on the beach, you definitely get more for your money in terms of villa and garden size. We would definitely come back to stay here and have had a wonderful holiday.

My husband and I stayed at the Pat-Mase Villa's in Jimbaran for 3 nights. The set up of the villa's is really fantastic. There are 3 separate residences for bedrooms each with their own bathroom, own plunge pool, own open air massive lounge/dining and own kitchen with all the facilities. Then each villa complex (a group of about 6) backs onto a main pool, so you have the option of using a bigger, deeper pool if you so wish. The villas are very private. Mosquito's can be a bit of a problem but nothing that cant be taken care of with some coils burning and some spray handy! Also the property is isolated so you need transport to go anywhere. The only other thing I could say was the mattress on our bed was well used and too soft! That said, we loved the Pat-Mase Villas and we will definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed at Pat-Mase for 3 nights for our honeymoon, after 2 nights at a villa in Ubud. Overall, the stay was alright, as the villa and landscape was gorgeous.

However, there are several things we would like to highlight:
1) We arrived at 2.45pm an the villa was not ready for our stay. Although the staff were polite but we had to wait for around 45 minutes. In the end, we took a taxi to Kuta as we did not want to waste time.
2) The aircond was just too cold, but no ceiling fan, so if we truned off the a/c, the room got too warm.
3) Mosquito infested, I got a lot of bites.

The worse of all, in our opinion is the shuttle service to kuta. Not only is it infrequent (only four times a day, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm), but the van is ALWAYS late leaving the villa. On the last day, we booked the van to the airport at 12pm and it only arrived at 12.20pm, which I found unreasonable. Maybe it is due to lack of staff but I feel that the villa will slowly lose its popularity (despite being value for money) if it does not address these issues. However, the staff were still friendy and cordial, but still below average compared to several other places I have stayed in Bali.
