i was staying in dehradun went to musoorie for a day trip. Walking in mall street got attracted by the signage mentioning its heritage status. The walk from road to property was tiring. but all was forgotten once we stepped inside the main building. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. we had hot drinks and snacks. the food was very good and the staff were also very good. the food was little late but it is understood being the odd hour of the day for food and it is also not located on the main road and have few walk-in for food . we took a walk around the property. the person on reception was very co-operative, we had a look at the rooms. they looked well maintained . On the whole loved the property. will definitely stay in it if I ever stay in musoorie for a night. not for the person who don't love heritage because at times it is not very comfortable.( example:the beds might make sound but you have to be understand that if it is old bed. )

We only came to Kasamanda Palace by chance but were very pleased we did. From telephoning to check rates and availability to our stay the team were courteous and helpful. The hotel is really well located in the middle of Mussoorie and the steep climb is no barriers as the hotel car is there to whizz you up and down whenever you need. We enjoyed the relaxed attitude of the hotel to breakfast, where you can choose where to take it - room, garden, terrace. It's a super pretty hotel, with nice rooms. Remember it's a genuine heritage place, not a modern one, and it's lovely. Gorgeous views from the rooms at sunrise.

THis place made our stay in mussoorie a much memorable one. The experience was so good that we just didn't want to go out and explore the city- but enjoy d ambience of d palace.
Friendly staff, excellent food and the much friendly atmosphere is worth mentioning

We stayed at Kasmanda between 29 -Sept- 02nd Oct, in the Royal Rooms. It was one of the finest trips we have experienced as a group.

The rooms were elegant and spacious. The foyer and the lobby was excellently managed; good soothing music to the ears and freshness of the garden all around. It was simply mesmirising experience & beautiful settings. One of the major highlight of our stay off, was the brilliant food that the chef provided in all the buffet meals. The staff was also well mannered and courteous.

I will comeback to Kasmanda again when I am in Mussoorie and I strongly recommend the same to everyone who is looking forward to a nice and pleasurable holidat
