From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome at Harish and Malika's home.
Harish is constantly caring for his guests, offering insights into his city, explaining the Hindu religion, Indian traditions, etc. Malika, "The Boss", is a sweetheart and the perfect Indian chef. We had dinner at their place and it was delicious.
Breakfast is simple, but very tasty. If it had more fruits, it would have been better.
Our room was in good condition, clean and the beds were fantastic (hard, the way we like them!). The bathroom though (not a fully enclosed Western-type shower) could get a face-lift. Although a shower curtain separates the shower from the sink and toilet, we had water all over the place because the floor is single leveled. The towels were in bad shape too: hard, old, and looked/felt more like rugs.
Location is good. It's a little bit far from the ghats, but ideal to relax from the chaos of the city.
Overall, a very nice stay and we truly recommend it!
