“poor hotel with horrible service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2013

a very poorly managed property, stayed there with one of my friend for 1 night, its not the name suggest. we checked in at 1 o clock in the night when we went in to our room AC was not working, had to call room service to get it fixed.rooms are not that spacious so u may feel suffocation.
In the morning while checking out we had the worst experience.they sent a guy to check the room the dustbin of our room was not in shape (in night my friend got his foot on it.) they asked me for penalty and penalty was rs 1000.for a dust bin.i dnt know whether dustbin was made of some golden plate.
we paid and checked out with a thought of not visiting dayal ever.

Dayal Paradise is a quiet property located near the controversial park developed in UP by earlier government. Large rooms and quite and you can be of your own. Service is remarkable and food is pretty decent.

Entrance is pretty good and feel like home, even rooms give you feeling like home

Ok, so positives first. We got a suite, so I can't complain about the room. It was spacious and well designed, well-stocked. The problem really was the very unprofessional air of the hotel - the staff was badly dressed and inefficient. It took quite a while to get the room that had been booked for us. We were supposed to be served lunch (we were part of a large group) at 2:00 pm, but till 2:45 pm there was no sign of the food. The food was below average, and the presentation on the buffet table was rather abysmal. Also, it might work out okay for a business traveler, but for a tourist, it's quite a distance from the railway station, airport, as well as the main tourist attractions.

As the car rolls up the Hotel Driveway, you might have an expression of slight awe as the majestic lawns and the grandeur of the Hotel Lobby, which is quite spacious for its range of property, fill your sights. Hi-speed & free Wi-Fi to boot with, add to the charm of the paradise. Fullstop. Paradise is lost here.

The hotel is covered on almost all sides by vacant dirty properties and/or parallel buildings and this doesn't allow an iota of sunlight in the rooms. Couple this with extremely dim-lit rooms and you would have a tough time squinting your eyes. All this, in the hotel suite, yes suite. Cleanliness too leaves much to desire and my friends & family would simply end up coaxing each other to relax in the lobby for easy breathing. Food is nothing to reckon with and frankly, the complimentary breakfast is a thing of the past.

The hotel is situated a few corners away from Vivanta by Taj, but not connected well with local modes of transport. Stay here only if you have to and if all else in the city center is unavailable. Overall, nothing untoward or bad but definitely an avoidable property.

Poor service , Terible Noice in rooms and always had a foul smell. Kindly avoid this hotel. I heard Comfort Inn is really good. Also the location is pretty far from the city centre.
We struggled a lot even to get a auto rickshaw to roam arround. The travel desk is always closed nor Driver is away. My advice is big Nooooooooooo. to this hotel.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is decent, a bit old in ambience, but the service is pathetic. The receptionist & the guy who gets in room dining cant even manage a smile. Four times you have to call to get the inroom dining tray cleared then on the fifth instance someone lousily walksin without apology clears that as if they have done us a favour. Honestly i will never stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: Select the front side from where you can see the lawn. The garden is good.

The hotel has good lawns and is ideal for marriages and blissful receptions.
The staffs are courteous and pleasant.
The only handicap is the location of the hotel which is at a good distance from the happening places, although it is expected that the location would be a great place in the coming years. The location of the trucks in the close vicinity of the hotel is a mess and hence a downer for the hotel.
The hall of the hotel is a good one with a good all-around view of the neighbouring areas including a scenic view of the rail road.

Room Tip: The rooms are clean and well priced. the Room service takes time and hence please order in advance...
