Everyone raves about how magnificent Taj Mahal is. Well, there is nothing better than to see it right in front of you! White marble edifice glistening under the sun. Definitely a bucket list must see....

“Wah Taj Wah”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

You will be mesmerized by the first sight of this wonderful monument :) Spell bounding :) Actually you have to visit the place to get a feel of it. Especially you can see the real beauty of Taj Mahal in Full moon days :) Only thing that is disturbing is the exorbitant fees charged for foreigners during the entry compared to Indian nationals. Otherwise, it is an excellent experience.

“must see the architect of 16th century...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

TajMahal is one of the wonders of the world and one must see it once in life, its very beautiful specially the architecture of the building. while watching this monument you will think about how all the stones and other building material was transported to the site. Good experience at Taj, beware of local guides who will take you to several local shops for shopping which appears costly and time consuming.

“Visit to the Taj”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

Wow! It was simply mesmerising. The place had an aura around it which cannot be described in writing. It has to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. The friendly guides were full of enthusiasm..

Taj Mahal is best visited at 5 am in the morning . It is less crowded and you get the best time to spend out there.

“out of this world”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

I spent 1 night in Agra this year on my last day in northern India. The highlight of this facinating country was sure to be the Taj Mahal.I spent 4 hours sitting and watching as the sun set creating shadows of different colours.Im not a spiritual person nor am i searching for anything else but the simple pleasues of life and this was sure to be one of them.I was lucky enough to be booked on a tour with a guide Shanu Ali who shared with me his wealth of knowledge and his passion for this amazing monument and i can see why.The evenig was balmy and towards closing time the crowds disspersed leaving a calm over the place unlike when i first arrived and the people were almost shoved though the main part of the building past the lookalike tombs of the shar and his wife who actually have there resting place on the floor below.be careful not to have your cameras out at this point as the guards will knock them from your hands as photographs at this point are forbidden.
