+ friendly staff
+hot water

-dirty blankets , obviously not changed
-did not provide heater at night in january when it is cold - absolutely not ready for winter season and looks like it comes to them unexpectedly every year
-price vs value is poor - paid Around 40$ and it is crazy - feel cheated

Very Nice Hotel.. Good staff & services. Centrally located on the main road 15 Mins walk away from Taj East Gate and its very near to good food joints and mall.Neat and clean rooms & good food. Value for money. One should choose this hotel if they want to get the good services which is worthy.

Room Tip: Rooms towards fornt facing the roads are good.

i was at the hotel on 1st dec 2012 but my stay was very comfortable. hotel provided buffet in breakfast and that is rare thing in the budget class hotel .one thing i want to convey all is that i have seen the reviews of other people and then gone through the reviews they have given about other hotel were all 4 star or above but this hotel as my agent told me is a budget hotel so keeping the price factor in mind is full 100% worth it ,so take my advice and just book it if looking for a budget under Rs 2000/- room with buffet breakfast and all taxes that too in peak season in agra.

Room Tip: try to book the rooms with buffet dinner included as there total package for a day supreb

Stinky rooms & corridors, no hot water supply except for few hours in the morning, no elevator, no staff to help you with your luggage, bed sheets with stains, mosquitoes at night & no repellants, immediate 'NO' to anything you request for.....i can still go on....this is my experience for just a night's stay!
PLEASE stay away from here.... i bet you will thank me to alert you in advance!

I wasn't sure if this would count as a review or not as we didn't stay there! We were booked in, courtesy of Expedia, we arrived on the said day and were greeted with a man at reception with food down his shirt and a vacant expression!

He told us we were booked in with Expedia, but HE was going to put us in another hotel (thankfully we still had our driver with us, who was not at all amused by the hotel). He then got one of his staff to guide our driver to the Hotel Panna Paradise, with the assurance 'all is good'.

The Panna Paradise was fine as a hotel, but when of course we expected the free breakfast and the evening meal we had already ordered and paid for through Expedia to be honoured we had to wait whilst a very upset owner rang to confirm with the Hotel Taj Heritage that all this was true!

The owner then agreed that our meals would be complimentary. When we checked out the following morning we were given the bill for the three bottles of beer we had with our dinner. Total cost 1400 rupee's (approx $28), We are sure we paid for our meal in a roundabout way.

We will obviously take this up with Expedia. The Hotel Taj Heritage we feel should be avoided at all costs. We feel comfortable in awarding a terrible rating on the grounds that, the manager moved us and landed us with extra costs, and his slovenly appearance.

The photographs are absolutely misleading...we booked the hotel looking at the pics but were shocked as soon as we parked the car... we felt lke we hav come to a old kabootarkhana... there were cockroaches everywhere....the bathroom doorknob was not working... the room was dirty as if it was not sweeped for days....the bedsheet and spreadsheet seemed like it was not washed for days.. because of the dust in it 2 of my family members got allergic to it...they woke up in the morning with swollen faces.... there were frequent power cuts...tht means no ac..... there was no hot water... the view from the room was dirty....the food we ordered was burnt....it was one pathetic experience ..and would recommend it to anybody.. one night in agra and we were so upset...
