“Perfect Location..near Railway, Market and Temple”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

We stayed for one night. My reserved room was under maintenance. Had to take an upgrade with higher rate. Room was excellent with Bath Tub. I liked the room.
Hotel is 2 min walking from Railway Station and 10 min walk to temple.
Resturant food was also good. We ordered Lunch and took buffet breakfast.

Room Tip: If you can afford try King Suite

As usual when you book in advance, they give us the worst room, first floor, facing the street, so very noisy. My fault, I was too tired to react imediatly and try to beg for another one... Otherwise the rest is ok, exept "hot" water was cold, probably because no sun to warm it...

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Meenakshi temple (10 min walk). The advantages of being in city center has also disadvantages of congested lanes and parking problems.
The rooms were clean, service was good but a little noisy again being very close to Madurai railway station.
This hotel would be a better choice for tourists on short stay and visit places inside Madurai city.

Hotel is outstanding, but lacks in lift. It has 7 floors but one lift that too outdated. Parking is a big problem and navigating in those crowdy lanes was really challenging, except Lift and parking, hotel is a good place and worth staying

Hotel is in a very good location. Few minutes from the famous Minakshi Temple and in the middle of the market area.

Staff are courteous and room is neatly done.

Roof top restaurant is worth a try but they really need to work on the service part. Menu will offer you a wide choice but most of the items they don't serve. You will get a good choice in the buffet breakfast.

too noisy a hotel with un-professionalism. nothing too great to talk about. dirty rooms, no ventilation. only plus point is that it is located near the railway station and the temple. not suitable for business people as there is not even a table to sit and do your work inside the room. Non veg food is good. The buffet breakfast is below par. i could see a lot of solo travelers and thats good..

Room Tip: no way!! no way!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center and has a good restaurent inside the hotel. We stayed for 3 days and we did not have any problems and enjoyed the stay. There is also a travel desk in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped us without any change fee to change the reservation from a previous week to next week.
