Had breakfast with my family at this place. Arrived close to closing time. Mr. David an old server was warm and friendly with our kids. We were assisted with everything we needed and basically loaded our table with goodies since the buffet was closing.
All went well except a little lack of attention from the chef at the egg station.Despite specifically mentioning that I needed scrambled eggs without any green chilly for my kids, but with cheese only, he carelessly made a "masala omelette" full of green chilies. I reprimanded it as I noticed it before feeding my kids. He had no answer except a nervous "sorry."
For a hotel of this reputation, we did not expect the chef to make such a mistake.
Having shared the above experience, we would still visit this coffee shop but preferably when they are not crowded / busy.
