“Amazinggggg food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

The thali is superb... It's a must try. It's not a luxury restaurant .. The thali was worth INR 140. However it also has a la carte option available.

“Good Thali”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Had lunch and opted for Rajasthani and Gujrati thalis @ Natraj. Thalis were good as per the items included into it. It reminds me of authentic rajasthani food. Service was excellent and you dont need to ask for anything. Service was very prompt and available even before you ask for something. There is no cap on quantity of any item you need to have again and again. Overall a good experience.

“Nice Daal-Baati”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

We went there to have Rajasthani food but except Daal-baati and Churma there is no Rajasthani item on the menu. The restaurant serves a-la carte Punjabi and Chinese dishes on second floor and on first floor fixed menu Gujarati Thali s served for which restaurant is famous.

We tried Daal-bati and it was worth it. Daal-bati is served with garlic chutney, butter milk and a papad. The portion was enough for two people with medium appetite considering the daal-bati is prepared using lot of 'Ghee'. The taste was authentic and the garlic 'chutney' was a bonus in the taste.

Good to visit for value for money Daal-bati.

“Great introduction to Thali”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

We absolutely loved the thali here. It is not a flash restaurant so be prepared for that.It cost 100R per person and they kept topping up our empty bowls till we could take no more. We travelled around Rajasthan and ate thali at many different places but this remains our favourite. It is a bit away from town but worth the trip.

“WOW”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

Amazing food. You may order the Gujarati thali or the Rajasthani thali. Ambience was okay. But food was great and reasonably priced. Loved the mini samosas, dhoklas, kadhi and phulkas. The dessert moong dal halwa was awesome. Dont miss it if you are in Udaipur.
