Bad food can still be handled since its a small tourist place, not very accustomed with various cuisines of the world. However, one thing you expect from the locals, serving the tourists coming from all over the world, is to understand the concept of customer service. If a customer does not like your food and service, the least you can do is be humble and apologize for the bad service.
The owner of this place not only insulted us for voicing our opinion about his food, he also made us pay for the food we never ate. I recommend never to visit this place because you never know...he might be sitting on the next table, just waiting for a chance to pounce on you!
