We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. Let's start with the positive: the rooms were spacious, the overall staff was friendly and the food was good. Nonetheless, the airco in the room didn't work and no one came to fix it so we hardly slept at all. My main problem with this hotel was the people managing the hotel from the reception desk. They were completely uninterested in providing with decent service and told us blatant lies. Whenever we asked them questions they were talking to other people and picking up the phone at the same time, they didn't even look at us and sure could not muster up a simple smile. Client-orientation was not to be found on their list of priorities. What was to be found was how to just make money off of you. They continuously tried to make us believe that rickshawrides in whichever direction were TRIPLE the price it actually was - and we actually paid luckily. Above all they needed to arrange a bus for us and - laughingly - assured us there were no sleeper buses coming or going to Bikaner and that the bus we would get was comfortable and airconditioned. Instead, we got the lowest level bus available. There were several sleeper buses in the station, in fact even our own bus had a sleeper section, only they bought us regular, broken seats. The bus didn't even have windows. I guess that is what they meant with airconditioned? The money we paid for the bus that they didn't spent on the bus itself probably went into their own pockets. Scandalous service from a hotel that from the outside looks nice but where you obviously can not trust management. A total disgrace of service for a hotel.
