“good family run hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2012

we stayed in this hotel during our trip to rajasthan, the rooms were so clean, neat and clean bathroom, very good testy food. the owner Vikram is a Gem person had bulk of knowledge about Bikaner and its history because he is belongs from one of the former aristocrat family of bikaner royalty.

This is a modern hotel with large and comfortable rooms which were exactly what was need after a long and tiring journey. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Excellent value for the price, I would certainly return.

we stayed at this modern hotel more than 2 time and 25 nights and were happy with everything.this hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
we were on our official tour and as first choice had not informed anyone about this the hotel upgraded us to a beautiful sea-view room. Anytime we need anything the staff were helpful and we can not fault the staff on anything they were brilliant.
we really liked this hotel. It is well ruined by a very nice family. you can see that they truly care about their customers.
Thank you.

We stayed at this modern hotel for two nights and were happy with everything. Our comfortable, spacious side-facing room was well-furnished, very clean and quiet.b Mrs Singh, the owner/manager speaks fluent english and is very helpful. Her staff provide efficient polite service and the food served in the front courtyard is excellent. Highly recommended!

We really liked this hotel. It is well runned by a very nice family. You can see that they truly care about their customers. We asked for extra blanckets and they immediately brought it to the room. We had also a very nice dinner. All and all speaking it is a truly wonderful, nice, very clean hotel, especially for this price!! Wonderful!!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms and clean bathroom. Comfy arm chairs in the room too. Balcony off our room was unexpected but pigeon infested so you wouldn't like to hang out on it! This did not detract from our enjoyment however.
Mrs Singh was lovely and welcoming. She speaks fluent English and was very helpful. We felt very comfortable and she obviously runs the place very well.
Friendly waiter also doubled up as hotel porter was very hard working and was kept busy.
A group of 17 delayed our first evening meal but apart from that everything else was lovely.
The restaurant was nice and food was good. They also served beer.
No wireless internet but we could use the computer if it was free.
Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very good value for money and was very clean.

We stayed here for three nights in December, 2011. This is a basic budget hotel stay. The room service and food are good. Mrs. Singh was very helpful. It is quiet. The location is a bit out of the way, but it is a short ride from the train station and a short walk to the fort. Its about 20 min by taxi to the old city and restaurants on Station Rd. We'll be back!
