Visited the Mayfair lagoon in January 2013 for lunch on a quick trip with my husband. The locale looked pretty much the same as it did about a decade back but the food quality still remained brilliant. We ordered simple North Indian food, which was up to the mark in terms of both quality and quantity. My husband wanted to have the dosas at the hotel but the North Indian restaurant didn't serve it. However, they heeded our request and arranged dosas from the South Indian restaurant within. They were delicious. The hospitality, attention to detail and will to please were remarkable and made the lunch truly sumptuous.
