“Its manageable”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

stayed in Room 202 for two nights 25th and 26th April 2013.

It is managed by very experienced staff, hence well mannered and tactful.

Quite clean rooms but Electrical switches need better maintenance.

Food OK but not worth its price.

Room Tip: Hotel does not have tie up with good taxi service, hence it is advisable to make arrangement for...

The location was perfect. It is located off F.C road. Therefore, I found the hotel very convenient. Secondly, there was no communication hassles. Get an auto rickshaw as soon as you move out of the hotel. In fact, there was even a bus stop junction right in front of the hotel. The hotel offered south Indian dishes for the complementary breakfast, which was good. Though, the rooms were not very good, but it was not bad either.

Room Tip: The hotel is located centrally, and if you are on a business trip and your work area is concentrated...

I clearly recall that the guy at the reception desk told me that the tariff for my room would be Rs 3200 for one night with all the taxes included. For 2 days- the tariff turned out to be 10 grand (For a single air conditioned room)
I do not remember ordering food to my room. I only ate the complimentary breakfast buffet that they provided (which btw- sucked!)
Additionally, there weren't any toiletries in my restroom. I called the reception to send 2 hand soaps...and they charged me 400 bucks!
Really?
The only good part about the hotel is that it is centrally located.
P.s. - The staff was really very rude.

I recently reserved this hotel. I found my room and the hotel to be uncomfortable, unclean, and not good conditions for the price. The lock on the door was minimal. As far as I could see, there was no way to get bottled water without leaving the hotel. The hotel staff took my passport for an hour because they said they had to go to another location to make photocopies. Then, the phone in my room did not work properly. The hotel staff came to fix it rather quickly, but it was still nearly impossible to hear given the quality of the connection. Finally, the wireless internet was very weak to the point of not being able to use it.

I cannot confirm the quality of the hotel because I was only in my room for a short period of time. The staff claims that there are better rooms available in the hotel. I would recommend requesting one of the upgraded rooms or suites.

I was a female traveling alone and didn't feel at all comfortable in this hotel.

The price, however, is less than other hotels in Pune.

Room Tip: Request an upgraded room.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly 2 months. It is a perfect stay for scholars, (classical) musicians, and all those who need a peaceful, homely atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, simple and value for money and what is more there is free WIFI 24/7 and safe parking for one’s vehicle. Rooms are generally clean but if asked for further cleaning then hotel staff is very helpful in providing that service. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location to get to the central areas of Pune. The whole hotel seemed very secure and value for money.

This hotel is well located and has a spacious set of rooms. But the rooms are dirty, poorly maintained, buckets and mugs are awfully filthy and service is atrocious- they do not understand customer requirements
